I'm pretty much forced to say 'Hinata'. This is only based on the many amazing cosplays I've seen passing my panel at conventions..

Sakura only has psychical strength through channeling her chakra.
Hinata has good chakra concentration as well since she is a hyuuga.
That is the only similarities between the two.
Hinata is much more versatile in terms of combat close - mid range and in ninjustu in general.
