Kind of hard to choose because I think it comes down to Sakura and Hinata. Sakura is stronger in a "muscular" sense. I mean, she can punch through rocks. . .Hinata has more techniques and better defuse.

Sakura i think... She had shown much more feats than others; Ino is good too but her jutsus work well when she is with her team; she is too depended... Hinata is one of the worst close range combatanats among the close range fighters... Tenten; her new fan is strong but that thing is good for one...
