Well, I was thinking that since we have contest for all kinds of stuff here, we could have a contest to see who has the best playlist on NB for certain types of genres. I know this just adds on to more of what the mods would have to do, but I want you guys opinions on this. If this idea was accepted, and liked then this is how it could work:
1. In the music section, the mods could make a thread for that month that the contest would start. (This could probably be done a week in advance prior to that month.)
2. The thread would be open for ppl to say they want to participate in the contest for a certain genre. (Classical, Rock, Rap, R&B, Opera (XD), Etc.)
3. Up to 20 ppl could submit for a type of genre, and then once it is all compiled, the mods could make a thread for each genre(Each genre would have a poll for ppl to vote for the best playlist in that genre). The participates would then post the link to their profile, and all of NB would listen to the persons playlist.
4. Two weeks into the month, the poll would be closed, and a week after that the winner of each genre would be announced.
