I thought of a plausible way for Sarada to have a bigger brother. As we all know Sasuke is a rinnegan user and we all know that Nagato's overuse of the rinnegan accelerated the ageing process for him

and the byakugou has the ability to create new cells, which could in theory, allow Sakura and Sasuke's child to grow at a rapid rate. The baby (let's call him Sakurtachi for argument's sake) is the product of two geniuses, so unlocking the rinnegan and converting the food from Sakura's womb into chakra which the baby then seals in its byakugou is possible. With this in mind, Sarada could have a bigger (at least physically anyway) brother.

If rinnegan is a trait passed down by a parent to a child then Sarada would already have it. Which means it's not even possible, and that's assuming the other statements after that were valid such as using the rinnegan in the womb etc

Not true, the Rinnegan itself isn't what accelerated the aging process for Nagato in fact he wasn't aging at all he was depleted physically his health was bad because of the Gedo Statue sucking the life out of him because he was using the 6 paths of pain fueling dead bodies all his chakra his whole life that's why as an Edo as soon as he absorbed some chakra for himself he was healthy again and whoop naruto and killer bee low Neg diff
