It's still surgery so there are always many risk but in some cases thepros outweight the cons. I would consider it if it affected my quality of life or my self-esteem.

All faces are of similar difficulty.

In fact, you could say Asians are harder because of their awkward bone structure. But their surgeons can legit rework any face...

Well that all depends how you end up looking after. A friend of mine did it recently, looks better now.

Personally nah, not unless it was for some sort of repair. I've already had a form of plastic surgery done on my left hand due to a vicious accident that happened when I was 16. In that case it was necessary considering the circumstances of the injury and amount of scar tissue I had on my wound. But I don't know enough about the pros and cons of regular cosmetic surgery to really say whether one outweighs the other. In my case the pros definitely outweighed the cons tho.

Personally no, unless I truly needed it (like let's say burns), but if I changed anything, it would be my nose.

Exactly, mostly everyone that iv'e seen, the people end up looking worse and the bad thing about it is that they never even look bad to begin with, Most of them actually looked really good before the surgery

This sums up my thoughts. I don't see a point in getting plastic surgery. Build up your self-esteem and confidence in ways that doesn't include being fake.*
