Bounty's

Your bounty will raise, dependeing on how you act in the East Blue. The minuim Bounty a person can have in the East Blue before the admirals have to take charge is 3,000. And you earn bounty's by stealing,killing, or by killing a village.

Shell Town is tormented by Captain Morgan, and they could really user help regaining control over their small town from the Power hunger Captain
(GoodReward- 100 Belli, for killing Captain Morgan and freeing the villagers, and they will give you fod, and water to last 3 days.
(Bad Reward)- For leaving captain morgan, and allowing him to keep running Shell Towns his way he will give you a Finlock pistol that has 4 shots to it.

Orange Town
Orange Town is being tormented by the nortorious Buggy The Clown, and they could use rescueing from him. But the rumors are that he's eatten a Devil Fruit and is unkillable. So do you have the strength to kill him.

(Bad Reward)- Buggy will reward you with a cannon for your ship, and always will help you in a battle if it comes to it for spareing his life. But the Orange Town will feel like your threat and burn your ship while your talking to buggy about your cannon.

Syrup Village
Syrup Village is a nice village, but it all turned bad when Captain Kuro came out from hideing and started to kill villagers to regain his hld on the villagers. But if you were to deaft him i think the villagers would be greatful to you.

Cocoyashi Village
Cocoyashi Village is being held by Fishmen, fishmen are stronger than humans in all ways. So the villagers of Cocoyahi are sure not to make them made because they would kill them without any problem to maintain power over them. And to deafet them they might be really grateful to you for freeing them from they're totorue

Logue Town
Logue Town is the place the King of Pirate was executed, so for anyone who can stand ontop of his execution building and scream "Im Gonna Become King Of Pirates" will be reward with 1000Belli. But screaming this will attract Smoker to your locations, and he will try to capture and send you to jail where only your crew can break you out before your execution. So be careful when fufilling this mission
Reverse Moutain
To conquer Reverse Moutain it takes 4 crew members, to all control the ship so it doesnt run into the moutain sidees and destroy the ship to peaces because the water are moveing at high speeds that make it hard for one member to control the ship without dieing. So be prepared for a hard journey when entering the grande line.
Boats
To upgrade your Boat just go to any town that isn't controlled by a evil criminal that likes you. And pay them 3000Belli so that they can build you a custom ship to your likeing with your own custom flag since you've had enough time to collect enough money to upgrade to a ship that can now hold 4 Members and cannon and more food. But once you enter the Grand Line you upgrade your ship again to a ship that can hold 10 members and 3 cannons and carry alot more food but just stop at a town and pay 6000Belli. So saving your moeny is a imporatant thing in upgradeing your boats.
Rewards
Some town's and villages, are tormented and killed by evil pirates and fishmen so if you kill or subdue the crimnal the town may reward you greatly with some prize. Like money,boats,food,or even a sword of value.
Journeying
You may start from any of these villages but remember that you will also be bothered by there problems to. And only being one person you wont be able to help your town much, and to form a crew you have to meet them in other towns so dont think you can just meet them over the air you must go and journey till they have the same goals as you and agree to join your crew then your journey can began. And you can only accomplish certain goals with a number of crews

Foosha Village

A prominent feature of this sleepy village is Mt. Colubo in the background. Several notable mountain bandits live in or around the mountain near the village, causing the occasional chaos to the villagers or assisting them as needed. The town appears to be rather unknown, thus the townsfolk are thrilled and proud that their town might be known for producing an infamous pirate. They are led by mayor Woop Slap who usually is against most ideas presented by the other townsfolk on pirates.
The town also has a local Sea Monster called Lord of the Coast. However, it is not as big as some of the sea monsters in the rest of the world and there is no indications it is as big of a problem as others of his kind may create

Shells Town

It was the location of the Marine's 153rd Branch, headed by Captain Morgan. Shells Town was being ruined by Morgan's actions until Monkey D. Luffy intervened. Since Morgan's "deposition" by Luffy, the Marine base was last heard to be under the temporary command of Ripper.

Is an island Wrecked by the occupation of Buggy's Band of Pirates, most of the villagers in Orange Town had fled to another island. And they may be nice enough to pay you moeny if you help them get rid of Buggy the clone.

Syrup Village is a peaceful village, which has a resturant called Meshi where your crew can have lunch but expect a bill and the only ways to enter the village, due to the fact there are high cliffs bordering the rest. Besides for being tormented by the evil Captain Kuro
Baratie

Baratie is a resturant ran by Zeff, Zeff as the owner made a rule that they would not refuse food to anyone that is hunger.
The Baratie is a fairly large ship. It takes an oval shape, with the normal masts but has a fish as a front-piece/head. The Baratie has a round bottom. A small array of cannons are lined on the sides, which can be used for battle. The Baratie also has four levels:
■Lower deck, which is where the main restaurant is.
■Middle Deck, which is the main kitchen.
■Upper Deck, where twenty three cooks reside.
■The fins that fold out to the sides from underneath are to stabilize the restaurant during harsh weather and also, are used as a battle platform to prevent the restaurant itself from receiving collateral damage.

Cocoyasi Village is the village on Konomi Islands, that is ruled by the Fishman Arlong. Arlong doesn't take to kind to anyone coming upon his island without paying a few of 1000 belli as a few. And Arlong had a nasty hatred of humans and would kill one without hesitations, so the human on the island are afraid.
Logue Town

Logue Town is a city on the East Blue, that Almost all ships, especially pirate ships, pass through to stock up on supplies for the Grand Line since Loguetown is in a convenient location very close to Reverse Mountain, just out of sight of the Red Line. Commodore Smoker first appeared here and has since then become a major character. Gol D. Roger was born and executed in this town and the location where he was executed has become a popular tourist spot. But don't forget to worry about the Marine Smoker & Tashigi who catch all pirates before they can reach tehy're dream of even going into the ground line.
Reverse Moutain

Reverse Moutain is unique in that rivers from the Blues flow up the mountain, meet at the top, and then flow down into the Grand Line. This is due to the fact that the mountain, being a "Winter Island" using Grand Line terminology, is much colder than the surrounding sea in the Blues but not in the Grand Line. Many pirates entering the Grand Line die before they can even get up to the top of the mountain, because the hostile water currents and storms force them to crash into the mountain walls.[1]

Twin Cape

Twin Capeis located at the bottom of Reverse Mountain, at the exit that leads into the Grand Line. The areas is located precisely where the Red Line and the Grand Line meet. From this place it's also possible to choose one of the seven routes of the Grand Line by waiting the Log Pose to set on the desired one. But you will want to rest at the Light house, while you prepare to enter the Grand Line and meet all kinds of adventures and dangers. But you will first need to gain a Log Post from Crocus the light house manager that is watching laboon.

I bet it wasn't easy sailing through the East Blue, and dealing with all the criminals but now you've made it into the big leagues so dont think you can relax just yet because everything only get's harder. And by now i hope you've collected a Navigator because if not you're journey end's right here because it's impossible to go any farther unless you want to die
Weather Conditions
The weather is unusual on the Grand Line. The currents and weather are extremely volatile, as they can change in an instant; this includes water spouts, storms, blizzards, and other such things.[8] Islands and the surrounding waters are the only areas where weather and currents are stabilized in a predictable manner. The reason for this is that islands on the Grand Line fall into four basic categories: Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall. These types of islands each have four seasons of their own, giving the Grand Line a total of 16 different seasons.[9] There are also cyclones that seems to appear quickly and suddenly. Navigation

Normal compasses do not work on the Grand Line because of the nature of its magnetic fields. In order to navigate the Grand Line, a special compass called a 'Log Pose' must be used. The Log Pose works by locking on to one island's magnetic field and then locking on to another island's magnetic field. The Log Pose can do this for a total of seven different routes that diverge from Reverse Mountain and travel east before merging again to the last island, Raftel. The time for a pose to set depends on the island. One island may take from a few hours to a few days to set to the next island,[11] while another can take a year to set.[12] This process can be bypassed by obtaining an 'Eternal Pose'. This version of the Log Pose is permanently set to a specific island and can never change. This makes it easier for a crew to get to a specific island rather than going through a trail of islands.

The owner of the light house Crocus, will sell you a Log Pose for 200Belli. So you can sail the GRand Line safetly, and he will teach your Navigator how to use it correctly and greatly so your journey is safe. or you could steal it and learn how to navigate through trail and error.
Catus Island

Cactus Island is an island with several cactus-shaped mountains, with the "spikes" being tombstones[1]. These mountains were never fully explored, so it is unknown how one can climb these mountains, if at all. This is one of the first islands reached in the Grand Line. But it is filled with bounty hunter that will fill you with food till you fall asleep before trying to kill you so be careful.
