Pingshu
A major trading hub between the deserts of the west and the lands of the east, Pingshu is one of a few settlements that lie just far enough out of the desert to escape the heat but not the sand. There is also a Marketplace here that often features wares from desert raiders who search ancient ruins and tombs in the sands.

Pingshu Bazaar Itinerary:
The Dune Shroud
Price: 4,500 Kumi
Rank: A
Type: Armor, Accessory
Range: Short
Chakra: N/A (-15 per turn)
Damage: N/A (-20 to Fire and Heat-based Jutsu)
Description: A tattered cloth worn by an ancient clan of the Great Wind Desert, the Artifact known as the 'Dune Shroud' draws chakra from the wielder (-15 per turn) in order to shield them from extreme heat, effectively reducing the damage of fire and heat-based attacks by -20 damage whenever they reach within 5m of the wearer. This ability is passive and can only affect one opposing technique at a time. Additionally, the wielder is harder to track when amongst sand due to the fabric's coloration, translating to -2 to an opponent's base tracking value. Both of these effects do not count toward the buff/de-buff limit.
Note(s): Tradeable. Indestructible.
