The economic hub of Annuntiatium. A great, circular lake connected to a small number of streams dominates this once rainy area, where it was said to be home to a river spirit that guards the creatures living in it; now, it almost seems there is perpetually a rainbow in the sky. A sizable island sits in the center of the lake, on which a town had been built. Now a bustling metropolis, Chakra and Siris are used in tandem with the heavy currents of the lake and its predictable floods to power their workshops and manufactories, these being renowned for their fine products. Forests surround the lake, and roads have been built through them, seeing more use since the Cataclysm than in previous times. All kinds, Human and Arali, reside here.
Skarlet would arrive at the land arriving at a small stream surround by forest. Skarlet Would have Serperior and her drone with her. Serperior would sense a small town down the stream to a giant lake that connects more small streams. Skarlet would turn her drone invisible and have it scout ahead to the town to see the location.
The drone would go invisible and just listen in to villagers while flying around. The drone would catch a group preaching about a lake spirit and how it was time for a festival for the spirit. Skarlet heard this and knew her info was correct and that she can take advantage of this. The drone would fly into the lake area and spot two people by themselves looking like they were praying. The drone would sneak up and inject both with the virus and fly away but watch them. The two would think they got bitten by a bug and start heading back to the village as they start slightly turning red and coughing like crazy. The two would seem worried and head to their house and seemingly lock themselves in. The drone would then scan the whole landmark as a just in case for Skarlet.
This is the time now...
SKarlet would make her way into town with the drone staying overhead. As Skarlet walks around the small town she can hear people whispering about sick patients. As she walks into a bar she sees a person notice her Tsumi banner and starts talking to someone near them while she drinks. A woman would approach her asking if she just happens to be a Ninja from Tsumiagkure. Skarlet would inform that she is and the woman would inform her about the sick villagers that lock themselves and ask if she could heal them. Skarlet would act friendly and agreed to, unknowingly to the woman of Skarlet's true intentions.
The woman would walk to the house with Skarlet while the town would gather around it. Skarlet would tell the people not to get near or touch the house while she touches her gauntlet causing her drone to come down and turn back visible. Skarlet would demonstrate the drone scanning the house and patients. Skarlet would look at her gauntlet to see that the two infected would have the Red Fever.
Ladies and Gentlemen these men are infected with the Red Fever that is taking over this land. It is highly contagious so please do not touch these people. As of now, there is only 1 cure and it was given to me by the spirit of the lake here. The spirit's cure involves these people becoming something else but it is the cure.
As Skarlet says this she would activate her Blood Eyes and cast a simple genjutsu on all the people looking at her. The town would see a vision of Skarlet going to the lake and seeing a while glow approach her. The glow would turn into a purple hair woman with Xeno armor on her talking to Skarlet and telling her by transforming the infected into Xenomorph they would ascend and join her and be healed. Skarlet would be playing up the town's workshop of their lake spirit. The town would see the process of the facehuggers making Xenos but the illusion would make it seem like the Xenos are the actual people and that they are in new bodies. After showing the vision to everyone the town would seem convinced.

Description: The Ketsuryūgan (血龍眼, Literally meaning: Blood Dragon Eye) is a dōjutsu, which appears in certain individuals of the Chinoike clan. The Ketsuryūgan is recognised by its reddish colour, giving a special appearance for the users of this dōjutsu, characterised as holders of eyes as red as blood. A notable ability of the Ketsuryūgan is it's ability to cast genjutsu, either by making physical skin contact with the target or meeting each other's gaze, on a level of comparable strength to the Sharingan as well as be able to follow high-speed movements. One of its main abilities is their ability to manipulate iron, or more accurately, any liquid with a high iron concentration which allows them the ability to manipulate the blood within themselves for Ninjutsu use. Much like any other Dōjutsu, the Ketsuryugan is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Similar to the Byakugan, the user can see chakra through matter and beyond dense matter or in long distances. This ability also allows the wielder to see one's "life force", or their physical energy and sense and see any living object within range.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his doujutsu, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina, he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Jounin Rank or above and has held the Doujutsu for a month, he becomes able to passively activate it.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: While traveling the NW, bios with an activated Ketsuryugan are able to see up to two 2 adjacent landmarks away though this does not beyond an ocean landmark.

Description: This technique is simply the use of generic genjutsu used by members of the Chinoike clan. By simply having their opponents look into their eyes or by making physical contact, the user can lock the user within a genjutsu of their choosing. These Genjutsus are so strong and powerful, Uchiha cannot break from them with ease, unable to pierce through unless they possess an active Mangekyou Sharingan or higher. Objects within these Genjutsus also seemingly have their own chakra networks, removing the excess chakra from the surroundings to make harder to detect.
Note: Can only be used with Katsuryugan

The town would all be in awe and start asking Skarlet questions before asking her to do what the spirit said to do. Skarlet would walk to the house and tell the two infected to stay back. Skarlet would weave hand signs and summon two facehuggers onto the floor that run at the men and attach to their faces. They would knock out the men and inject them with a small chest-burster that grows in their chest and burst out into two red looking Xenomorphs. Skarlet would notice the red and note it might be due to the Red Fever and has the drone scan them to confirm it. Skarlet would than create a small fire to burn the body and house so the infection would not spread as the Xenos go outside in front of the town.
(Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Feisuhagā) - Summoning Technique: Facehugger - 2 this summon

Description: Facehuggers are the “baby” stage of Xenos that are spiker like creatures with a tail. Its bony finger-like legs allow it to crawl rapidly and its long tail can launch it in great distances. These particular appendages give them an appearance somewhat comparable to chelicerate arthropods such as arachnids and horseshoe crabs. The facehugger is a parasitoid; its only purpose is to make contact with the host's mouth for the implantation process. The Facehugger secures its eight finger-like appendages tightly around the head of its victim and wraps its tail tightly around the host's neck, eliciting a gasping response and allowing the insertion of an ovipositor into the host's esophagus. When wrapped around an opponent's face, it will take an A rank or above jutsu to cut free of them off but the opponent will deal with acid blood being dripped on them. When the Facehugger attaches to an opponent's face they also release a noxious gas that knocks out opponents for 1 turn in which during the turn the creature will inject the victim with a parasite that becomes a Xenomoprh. After the 1 turn of being knocked out/injected the facehugger will die and come off the opponent. After 2 more turns, the next form of the Xenomoprh will burst out of the opponent's chest (dealing A rank damage) creating a baby Xenomoporh. The opponent will not die instantly but will need Medical Ninjutsu to heal or any other ability applicable at the time. This process allows for the Xenomoprh to have access to any logical KG/AE that the opponent had up to S rank. This method can be used against humans or summons as the Facehuigger can expand to match the face of the opponent but they can never be used against someone or something larger than ten meters large.

Skarlet would control the Xenos to move and acknowledge the town asking and calling the old villagers' names. Skarlet would explain to the woman that the house needed to be burned to top the infection before causing the two Xenos to disappear so that they would not touch anyone. People would gather around Skarlet thanking her and asking questions about the worshipping the purple-haired woman.

To everyone that wants to worship the purple-haired woman must know her. She is the Alien Queen or Xeno Queen. I am her messenger and can help those convert into Xenos to ascend If any of yall wish you can join me at the Grand Divide and be my science workers and become Disciples of Xenomorphs. Those who prove to the rank will be able to ascend. While also heal you from the Red Fever.
After saying this some of the villagers would be coming up to Skarlet agreeing to be her assistants and join her movement. Some would say they would worship form here and continue to live out the settlement. They agreed to be apart of Tsumigakure under Skarlet's Research and development department. Skarlet would have the town's highest official signs a treaty while giving a map to the people that are going to the Grand Divide.
Follow this map and there are towns and homes for you all in the canyons and mountains. My assistants Rose, Luna and Z will help organize you all.
After this people would go on about what they plan to do while Skarlet now has more test subjects unknown to them. Skarlet would send a message to her assistants informing them about the incoming people as well as the Red Fever even affecting the Xeno process. Skarlet would deactivate her Blood Eyes to conserve chakra as well. Skarlet would stay for a bit to note everything that took place for her records.

Summary: Before Skarlet would leave she would help build a new lab/communication building so the villagers staying here would be able to work for her still.

As Skarlet/Serperior gets ready to leave, a few villagers came up to her expressing to help do her research work but from here. They explain to her they need a building tow work on but would send her all the information they find for her. Skarlet would agree to help them an ask where they would want such a building. They told her they would want it in the middle of the town that had a large space for. Skarlet would agree and walk towards the empty space with people.
Once Skarlet got there she would weave some hand signs and summon her wood snake to the town.

Description: Orochimaru fused the cells of hashirama senju, as well as the dna of Pein's giant bird summon, into the genes of Manda. The snake is half the size of Manda with wood platelets for scales. It has the ability to use Wood jutsus. And it has wings allowing it to fly. Given its size, it is able to fly with the added weight of 3 people, of Orochimaru's build.
~Wood jutsus require the use of said jutsu, and count toward the maximum 3 jutsus per turn as per Rei's R&R

Skarlet-sama where are we at?
This is Pingshu, a new land Tsumiagkure controls. I just need 1 big building created for these people to work out of.
It will be done.
After saying this the wood snake would channel chakra into the empty space and create a single giant building. It would be more of a tower shape with multiple floors for the villagers here to work with. it would also seem to have a circular shape wrap around the building giving it a snake theme through out the building. Once the building is created, the Wood Snake would disperse.

As the building gets created Skarlet would help multiple villagers move science equipment into the building. The building would contain computers, blood examiners, herb/pill creator machines, all medicinal supplies as Skarlet's lab. Once everything is put in place and turned on, Skarlet would go to the main computer and connect her gauntlet to it connecting it to her gauntlet and lab interface so that the villagers here can communicate with her back at her lab.
Everything is set up and you will be able to keep in contact with my lab as well as send me files and my assistant send you ones as well. I also left a map of all of Tsumigakure's land you can all travel to at any time.
As Skarlet says this she walks out her building with her drone and Serperior ready to go. The group that is ready to follow her would be waiting as well. The entire group would leave for Skarlet's lab as she now has more test subjects.

Sweat dripped from the bridge of her nose. Her panting slow, yet even and paced. The borders of the Land of Fire had finally come into view.
"Yes... I'm almost there, just a little bit more."
Mayu had come from afar in search of a better meaning to her life, perhaps a life that was simple, a life that wasn't filled with countless bloodshed. For years her life was being targeted, and sadly for a reason she did not know. For the past eight years, she had spent her life running, running from the past that was filled with sorrow and grief.
"She was young... so she can still change," was what somebody had told her.
"Head North... to the village of Sin... there you shall be judged."
The sun had risen to its peak, becoming ever more deadly. Along the way, Mayu had started to see hallucinations of her deceased parents. She knew it wasn't real, but in a way, the shock from the visions kept her from losing the will to keep walking forward.
Mayu didn't know if the world still wanted her dead, but she wasn't about to give in to death... definitely not here.
Seeking secure travels Octavia resumed wandering through the vast forest of Pingshu. Ever since leaving her home it is if she's been haunted, consistent day-dream nightmares that causes her anguish from the thought of her soldiers feeling abandoned. The Queen will return to her people only once her sacred journey would come to an end, without her people there is no queen. A label that inherits no meaning, something that Octavia would never allow.
After walking through the debris-filled forest Octavia had stumbled across a lake as rain began to shower over her attire, including rushing down her silk hair. She proceeded forth, arriving in front of the lake that presented a town in her sight. Octavia would kneel on one knee, bowing her head.
"Kom woda 'so gyon op, gon woda 'so kom daun."
From water we are born, to water we return. Those were the words chanted by Octavia to exhibit her camaraderie, showing endearment to the warriors lost under her command as she would lift her head up and stand high.

Octavia would go into town, reaching its borders in preparation to leave.
Arya coming from the south she finally reaches Pingshu. The first thing she notices is the large forest. There are cut outs she can see in the forest which roads were created on. The roads she is thinking leading to the marketplace Goji told her about. She heads down the road.
Few mins or even hours later she can see a large lake which the road goes over. She was shocked at the beauty of this place. She has been around the world but she was moving in secret. She can finally see the world for what it is and not just seeking revenge in her eyes at all times. She found out more of her family lineage and even if it did leave a bad taste in her mouth that her parents kept a secret like this from her and she doesn’t understand why. She stops and stares. The young lady is starting to put down a wall a little but at the same time keeps everything in the back of her mind. She continues forward heading towards the marketplace.
She arrives and starts to ask around for information of what is going on in the world.
Arya after spending sometime in the marketplace and learning of what has happened on the world. She figured she should go back to the Haunting Forest to see if her thoughts is correct. Could those rocks be from part of the moon that crashed on the planet. She headed out gathering all her supplies but she wanted to stop somewhere close to check something else out before hand. She heard about throughout that world there has been some tears in specific parts of the world which is crazy one of them is very close to where she wanted to go. She heads out and goes there first. She does need to come up with some way to make some kumi to help purchase some nice items she had seen at that marketplace. Anything to help her on her journey to protect those she is has just found to be family. She also learned about the surrounding land was being taken over by someone but didn’t the person’s name. What could be happening that someone needs to gain so much land. War? Protection? Ruling over the world? Whatever it is can’t be good to say the least she thought to her say. She even remember talks about shards and remember about the moon crashing.
“There is also talk about shards coming from the ground. I wonder is there a connection with that and partial of the moon crashing down.”
The young lady goes into deep thoughts on this. She started to wonder if it’s best to go there first.
“Naw I’ll go check out that rift that’s close to the Haunted Forest. Maybe I can pick up on Syrio’s trial also. This weapon I should figure out what to do with it. Those rocks that were in the same places as the forest I should check out also. Maybe I can take one with me to compare it to the shards that was talked about.”
The young Uchiha taps on her weapon as she was trying to figure out what it could do. She started her journey to the rift.

Let’s try this again. Madara awakens after a long rest. He had been searching out Solomon but to no avail, arriving at the marketplace with seemingly less hope that he’d find the Mage than before. Scoffing, the Uchiha turns towards Akujin. “Fly around, and tell me what you see. It’s been roughly half a year since we started looking for him. Even he cannot hide for too long,” Madara said, crossing his arms as he looked around. He had been confused on what happened since the Abzu encounter when he woke up feeling a certain…emptiness inside and being disconnected from some of his skills. If anyone knew what happened, Solomon would.
In the meantime, I’ll make use of this marketplace before I leave. Strolling along, Madara decided to purchase a few artifacts before leaving.
In a flash Emiya arrived not where he envisioned, but close enough to it to be a non-issue. He'd arrived in another of the sprawling civilizations that had sprung up after the Cataclysm, and much like Solanaceae it was an oasis of peace and prosperity. Humans and Arali living in harmony as they shared in the bounty of the land and their ruler.
From simply speaking with the populace Emiya could gleam simple facts, such as where exactly he was in relation to the old hubs of Chungsu and Tsuchi Heiho. He also learned this new region's name: the Annuntiatium. Another otherwordly name for a region, so Emiya kept his wits about him, his mind being drawn back to the almost hypnotizing effect that the glowing core of Solanaceae had at it's disposal. Not malicious, but most certainly persuasive, and with the interests of it's own empire at the forefront. Emiya assumed it was the same here, that the Annuntiatium worked for the prosperity and well being of the Annuntiatium alone. It was no wonder why they were all tearing each other apart in a never-ending stalemate-laden war. They were all too blinded by their own self-preservation to see the simple truth that if they worked together they could all prosper. Perhaps that was naive optimism, but that was Emiya's perspective.
"Guess I better get a move on."
Emiya headed north and into the former Village of Sin's lands, keen to find some ore and get back to his true goal.
