Water prison is a jutsu used to trap a victim inside an inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This jutsu requires a sufficient amount of water. Despite the fact that the prison is made up entirely out of water, it is stronger than steel. As water made out of charka is much more dense then regular water.

Hey, i tried to put some of it in my own words...
Zabuza Momochi was the first person shown to use this jutsu in the manga and anime... I assume Kakashi can do it to since he has coppied over 1000 jutsu... Kisame Hoshigaki also used this jutsu, he's seem to be alot stronger then Zabuza's though...

For the next jutsu, its very similar to the jutsu Sogetsi (spelling) used.
Focus your suiton chakra all around your body. Then, manpulate all that chakra turning it into liquid, while manipulating your body also, turning it into a puddle.

So Im gonna turn myself into a puddle... gotcha
*Performs handsigns focuses water charka aound me. A thick layer of mist covers my body and i begain to liqufy, finally I turn into a puddle.*
This is rediculous that i can talk and see in this form... Im just saying.

great. Remember that this counts as a sub, so if you use this, you cant use change of stance. Also remember that you cannot use jutsus while in that form.

I would focus my charka into my palm then strike the ground forcing my charka into it...
Now i can use it as a wave to send it at my enemy, should be used with Water Style: Syrup Capture Field.

And if you use the capture field and then use this, it will kinda nullify the stickyness.

I think you were refering to (Suiton: Suishouha) - Water Style: Water Shock wave.
*Performs handsigns and holds... water chakra builds up in throat... then releases the flow of water chakra, compressed it to dense sphere it crashes it to Pineapple's clone, erroiding it away.*
