FTG. Flying sounds more open when you consider needing a seal but if you place a seal on 50 people who live by you, you can just FTG to them place a bunch of new seals on new people rinse repeat and eventually have a wide area your seals are at.

Not actually "anywhere" you know, you cant' really teleport from japan to US without having marked each place.

Well, that's V2, V1 in that case is far more useful, as you can get to any place you mark instantly. Kamui would be more useful if it didn't f*ck up your eyesight.
