Pica vs ivankov underling the guy with the scissor hands (imma assume he has haki as bellemy does and I think he would win in fight)

Just because you can cut immobile chunk of rocks doesn't mean you can easily cut a mountain, especially when that mountain can actually attack you from everywhere. And considering that while assimilating stone, it's difficult to do significant damage to the original Pica, the sheer scale of Pica's attacks will completely overwhelm Inazuma in the long run and will end up getting burried alive in the stone. Hell, Pica probably doesn't even need his stone assimilation to defeat Inazuma when in his FBH, he could crush him

We haven't seem him cut through haki so until then Pica wins. Although post-TS, I wouldn't be surprised that Inazuma is stronger.

He/She serves right under Ivankov, a revolutionary commander. For them to not get stronger over a 2 year TS is unlikely.

How does he win? Pica can make a golem the size of a mountain and Inazuma cannot cut that much.

By feats, all stones are paper to Inazuma' devil fruit.

Pica's best bet is his large sword, since Inazuma can't cut through steel (I think).
