Any proof that Inazuma can put nearly as much power into his cuts as Zoro can?

None as of yet, but there's evidence to show that Inazuma can manipulate Stone the same way Pica can, he nullifies Pica's devil fruit and completely counteracts it

Winner is down to a question of skill and Haki in close combat, and I reckon that's Inazuma

Anything she touches is cut, and anything that she cuts is manipulated like paper. It doesnt matter what pica throws at her/him. He can cut his way out or re-direct the attack.

Also, notice that inazuma is significantly faster than base luffy.
