I could only vote for 2 since you haven't reached my other favorite yet. If I had to pick a 3rd from the list Robin or Sanji. Probably Sanji from where you are in the manga but Robin>Sanji for me currently. Sanji needs more moments he was one of my favorites then after Thriller Bark he's been kind of quite. For the record Franky is my 3rd he grew on me quite a bit.

I got bored of Chopper very shortly after Drum Island. I liked him when he was with Kurenai hiding behind walls poorly. I liked Monster Chopper but now it's sort of ruined since he's goofy ol' softy Chopper just in monster form, I mean they let a bunch of enhanced children almost take him out, and I know he didn't fight back but his durability should be better than how it was portrayed. And Kung Fu point sounded awesome but he's like a rectangle in that form it's not good.
