theres only a free trial for some days.. but you can get it free if you know the acces code.
(but its hard to find)

Guide:
1 - Dl the Photoshop CS3 extended from the offical Site
2 - DL the Crack
3 - Install PS Cs3
4 - Don't open the CS3 when u fininsh installing it
5 - Extract the Crack in the Installed photoshop folder
4 - it will ask if u want to Replace the File >>>> Accept
5 - now open the PS Cs3 and its cracked

well, thats what i use.

i received photoshop elements for free with a printer, but it SUCKS with Vista64bit and i find it to be a bit too rigid. U_U
