ask here questions about photoshop

mine is:
good painters 're using slices to paint something , but I can't figure out how to use them effectiently . how to make overlapping ,if there is one slice with red color and another with skin-color ? border between them is black
here is what I want to do:

see, there is ride over between skin and red robe

Are you with PS CS3? I Have CS2 and there is no such thing.

you say you have no filters division??

you mean scars not equal to strach? perhaps I 've transleted it wrong

ok, here is the way :
select fied you want to be a stratch
go to filters =>deformation there are rotation and dislocation and some others .

This is what i'm trying to do. Even with radial blur, it looks kinda unnatural.
Especially the upper eyelid, I made it darker but still doesn't look good.

then take screensave of kakashi eye, select field of black points in his sharingan and copy selected fieled on your eye
you need to work with slices , so as I ....
why noone else giving advices((

lol, I find out answer to my own question : I just need to use healing brush to fix over ride . You guys could tell me that!!!
