So I currently have a s3 mini that is under insurance by virgin media.
Today, I accidentally dropped it out of my hands whilst taking a picture. As I picked it up, the screen had completely shattered. The phone however was still operational.
So I then proceeded to contact virgin, who then said that this doesn't come under the insurance policy as it is "physical damage". Even though on their website it says "accidental damage" and "malicious damage" are included in the insurance.
So annoying. Are they *** me over or what.
