same people maybe they will come out with a diffrent outfit like an edo costume but not a new character edos are same just weaker

Like a few members have said a patch here and there then hey presto they could be in.. They've been programmed into Story mode as a single player battle so getting them into free battle shouldn't be that difficult..

Please just sign the petition and help at least get some form of an answer as to why they aren't on what appears to be the complete roster

It's much more doable if you think of it as DLC, but CC2 never does DLC, so no Kages. Shame. This game isn't a big step like 1 - 2 was. I thought Gens was a fun inbetween title, but it appears like Storm 3 is the inbetween title. Just sad.

Character wise no it wasn't a vast improvement seeing as they cheated us out of what 13 characters that would have been a much better choice than certain multiples and certain gennin.........Also CC2 does do DLC's the DLC costumes, and then for their Asura's Wrath they had a few DLC's for that as well...and they were rather lengthy DLC's one of them being an entire chapter for AW
