Even though Peter is fat and oversized unhealthy person. He is incredible fast and swift, allowing him to survive in various situations but inorder to maintance those abilities Peter has to eat alot to keep the energy up and Peter is able of eating anything like quarters and People. Peter also has pure strength allowing him to land extremely strong hits using only hand to hand combat. His Retardness also gives him the ability to keep on fighting even though how many hits he takes and how badly he is hurt. He also isn't afraid of using dirty tricks and landscape around him so unlike any other Puppet users Peter is master of taijutsu and here's the proof of his superior taijutsu.

Due his origins from Hidden rain allows him to be advanced Rain element user that knows how to use any type of rain.
Peter has been trained by Akiza in advanced sword fighting and he is the Holder of Legendary Daydream weapons.
Peter has been trained to use puppetry by Sasori of the red sand. Peter was his apprentice before Sasori found Kabuto Yakushi. Peter has the ability to create human puppets. He also holds two puppets that have been made with the Human puppet technique. Their names are Monkey and Chickenman. Chickenman is equipped with various tricks like inner blades, iron feathers and Steel beak that can be used to create pecking wounds to opponent so it's mainly used on taijutsu. Monkey is also a human puppet with hidden weapons like needles and poison gas.

Peter was born in amegakure in family filled with Rain masters so naturally he learned rain from his family. After 20 years of peacefully living in amegakure Peter got bored and left the village to see more countries and learn interesting abilities. During the time that he spent travelling he learnt the mastery of all five elements, advanced sword fighting, superior taijutsu and met new people and made friends like Dr. Musa, Faust, Emperor, Kaito-Sama ( he's the one who taught awesome taijutsu ) and Ingwer Hatake
When he reached the Sunagakure he was dragged into fight with puppet user that was called Sasori of the Red Sand. Peter managed to break many puppets with his awesome skills but Sasori managed to beat him. Sasori was interested from his skills and made Peter his apprentice and during that time he learned the arts of puppetry along with human puppet jutsus. When Sasori found Kabuto Yakushi he kicked Peter the hell out of his crib. As Peter left the Sasori he made an oath that he'd be the strongest shinobi ever and set out to find the evil chickenman. It took him few years to track chickenman and he got into epic fight with the chickenman that lasted 7 days and 7 nights. During the 8th morning Peter managed to knock out the chickenman and made puppet out of him. The same happened to monkey too.
