My goal for my bio is to make him similar to Orochimaru in a sense that he/I want(s) to learn as much as I can to make him a diverse and well rounding character(knowledge is power). I believe that I also told you before that I want to eventually apply for the sensei test because I want to help teach and user in future generations and I feel that the more I know the more I can help in the long run.

I'd likely keep it in my CJ thread just to have it, you know? Unless I go against someone who's extremely OP, then I'd resort to it, and only if it were my last resort, ehehe.

Why you feel you deserve it: Okayy... Umm, As you've probably guessed from my "Your good deeds", I don't deserve this, but since I started rping in 2014, I've always been interested in Taijutsu, a love started by Bee vs Sasuke and another Rper Priest, since then, I've been making jutsus and CW to aid me in close range, even joined Bartholomew due to their CQC prowess ,but a problem remains in short range combat, speed difference, if my opponent activates a speed boosting mode while close to me, I'm toast and everyone seems to have one of those nowadays(the reason I added 1.5 tracking speed to my bengal monitor) plus opponents slower or with equal speed tend to keep their distance, in conclusion I would really love to have EIG test permission, gimme a chance to prove the test proctor that I can use taijutsu well.

Why you feel you deserve it: I am a Genjutsu enthusiast, and over the last year and a half (or more?) I have gathered Genjutsu from oldies and current people alike through trades and whatnot. So far I have almost 50 Genjutsu customs, and a lot of fighting style revolves around Genjutsu (you would know z,z). I don't have a F rank Genjutsu technique in my arsenal, and Yard always made me jealous with Svengali ;-;. Honestly, there isn't a real reason to choose me, it'd just fit well with my arsenal even if I don't use it often. Plus, a Dark Wizard with a witchcraft like Genjutsu, pls.

Why you feel you deserve it: Constantly trying to push the limits of the RP and create a place on this site in which myself and others can go to express ourselves through RP, play out stories unlike those we've seen up until now. I'm always looking to help others and provide a platform for which they can do there thing. I like to believe I'm a nice person too, I've helped you a few times with little things and have plans to bring many more people into the game too ^_^

So far it has equated to only three fights, but I mean, they would probably still be sitting if I didn't check them. I host any battle test asked of me as well, and am beginning to pick up on my training. I know it isn't all too much, but those are the only selfless things I have done in recent memory lol
What you wish for: Mayhaps a recheck on my custom.
Why you feel you deserve it: The recheck? I love sharks. I have built an arsenal around them and only them if I needed to stick with them. What I am asking for, as agreed by you, is not ridiculous or OP. I understand your stance on the matter, but if I have a chance at changing it with this, you best bet I will try lol.

Such as succumbing to the petty endemic about the base and/or general toxic behavior. Hell, the offending I've done to people had been inadvertent these past months. I figure it's because I'm not that social on here to actually go about selectively stepping on toes.
What you wish for: Sound
Why you feel you deserve it: I don't think I deserve it per say, no one really deserves anything, but I've missed this elusive ability twice in 2016 alone (feelsbadman.jpg). Both times in prestigious tournaments that I made it to the finals in (Vex's Sound Tournament and the Grand RP Side Tournament). However, due to very silly mistakes I didn't have what it took to snag the prize. However, I haven't blamed anyone for that but myself. I understand there were things I could have done much better when reminisce. But now that Sound has become even more elusive I reckon my chances of it have become marginally slimmer than it was a few months ago. Only something like a mod's permission would suffice.

Your good deeds: It's not RP related but I volunteer at both the childrens hospital in my city and at the library. I tutor kids at the library help put away books and help with any problems people may have. At thr childrens hospital I talk to kids hrlp at the service desk and try to play with them in the teen center. Most kids my age do it for college but I've been doing this for the past two years and I love it. It's fun and I can help people. The only personal benefit would be that it makes me happy.
What you wish for: Kaito's Tai if you're able to give it out. Otherwise LW on Taek.
Why you feel you deserve it: I love taijutsu and woth either I think I would be more influenced to use it more often in battle, Rock Lee is my favorite character and I'd really like a chance to prove myself in this area of the RP. I think i deeserve it because I've proved I really enjoy taijutsu using it in a lot of my fights.

Your good deeds : (What have you done that is good without personal gain) Through out my activity on the base this year, I have been easy going (not totally tbvh) and minding my business although some members on here try to pick on me every now and then but fawk them for all I care. I ain't gonna type some crazy formulated lie here for this, I'm simply going to be as honest as possible. This year I've been good and I've been bad also like a 50-50 kinda thing both on the base and in RL. I tutor most of my peers in RL after lectures on courses they don't quite get for free, I've given a guy my lunch once this year (I don't remember when tho). This year has been great tho, done crazy things and honourable things that have contributed to my life a way or the other. On NB, I've really not done much like but that doesn't mean I'm bad.

Why you feel you deserve it: No one truly deserves anything, this is a privilege granted by your generosity not by a divine right or entitlement that we are given, so i acknowledge that and would like to thank you for the opportunity and to wish my fellow role players good-luck in their applications. I have been on this forum for more than five years now and during that period i have always had two core goals, two driving factors and for me that was to become an official sensei and to make a name for myself with my own custom character sakazuki, who is one of my favorite villains in the one piece japanese manga/anime. Over the course of my years here i have progressed with this bio and developed and still in the process of doing so my own way and one of the methods i like to encompass in that is genjutsu. Genjutsu is arguably my favorite ability to use on this forum, which was initially one of the reasons i made my character a sharingan wielder, i liked the ability it gave to manipulate your opponent senses and play tricks on him/her and i think this ability would help me not only to get better in using genjutsu but to have something strong which i can rely on in tough battles, i promise not to abuse it if given the chance to learn it an to always uphold and maintain the dignity of the roleplay. What you wish for: Basic Kaito's Taijutsu sounds great you can give that thanks to new rules. Unless you have permission to give fuuinjutsu which I need to complete Orochimaru eventually.
Why you feel you deserve it: I don't think I'm any more deserving than anyone else, so this is a tough one. I guess it's because I'm dedicated to RPing here and have a much smaller arsenal than most due to my "youth" in the game itself.

I'm afraid that, due to me recently giving you permission for snake sage mode, at this point in time i'd have to say no. Not for you not deserving but for the balance of the RP. Your good deeds: I believe it's safe to say that, over the 5 years I have been a member, I have followed the rules. Most people that know me both on here and irl see me as a nice guy and I don't think people really dislike me (or I hope so at least >.>).

Why you feel you deserve it: I don't really think I have done anything to "deserve" the permission for this ability. However, if I had to give a reason I would refer to "my good deeds".
I guess I could also say that I have never really asked for any permissions and tbh not even cared about getting upgrades custom ability or canon ability wise. But that ability is one I would love to have now.

Your good deeds: Nothing immediate comes to mind. I usually find myself questioning things that people do in other fights that may or may not impact said fight differently. So I guess the "good" in it, so potentially finding the wrongs in some things that may benefit the other fighter who was oblivious to it. Why you feel you deserve it: I don't have a mind boggling, I just feel like it would be a cool technique to have; specially for my Luffy bio. He is a glutton after all, so eating elements and then burping them out totally seems like something he would do.

Normally i'd say no out of habbit, but it is the festive season, i don't really use it much and i've seen your dedication to your luffy bio, through how good the bio looks and how you adapted hozuki to fit him so you get to keep using the element you love. Why you feel you deserve it: Tbvh, I have been grinding my way throughout this whole RP experience. I don't and never had anyone take special steps to me and be a personal guide or a coach or someone like that. I don't really lean towards Custom Jutsus either so I feel it's okay for me to take this reward. I'm not saying I deserve it because I've been doing things for people expecting this reward but because I like giving and well I want to know how it feels like.

I feel with your recent return you need to find your feet in the rp, so adding weight onto them will make that hard. It is possible to add it to your noldor, but i don't feel it is time for you just yet. I've always really just wanted to help the base become better by any means whether it be by rping or simply participating in activities.

Why you feel you deserve it: I think I deserve it because... well quite frankly I don't see myself ever causing trouble on the base which is a rare thing to come by these days. Just an innocent Rper on the base. I also think of it as a really cool genjutsu that would fit my puppet theme that I have going on with Sasori. And and I really do believe because I have gotten to the point where I don't want to just stack my bio abilties I'll never; I'm really trying focus more on a particulate character and not just throw anything on it. Why you feel you deserve it: Well I don't think I deserve it because if you're going off good deeds in the rp then I fall short but, I have been focusing on Taijutsu lately and I don't think I'm doing terribly. I've never really set goals for myself during my time in the rp but, passing the EIG test has been the exception. Its the one thing I feel I have to do at some point and Kaito's Tai would help me a lot in reaching that goal eventually.

Your good deeds: I donated a dollar to some feed the children charity at my work, I've held the door open for many strangers, this one girl I didn't know got into a car crash and my high school was asking students to donate money, at the time I didn't have much but donated what I had towards the funeral, think her mom works with me at wawa. That last example is a year or two old though. Cherry ontop my brother had a son and was taken away by child protective services for many reasons (some of which may have been justified don't wanna go into details) so I bought him a lawyer for 1000 dollars to help him get his kid back, but in the end all was for naught he didn't get him back. So this year is my nephews 3rd birthday (the 23rd) and None of us will be able to see him

Why you feel you deserve it: I've Been on the base for 6 years on january 3rd Many things happened I started on this website a teenager with no friends in middle school (alittle exaggerated but to be blunt I was far from popular) all I had was this online website to keep me busy enjoy the manga and make friends with strangers who also enjoyed Naruto. I went into highchool and things where better of course I made some real friends that I still have today in college. But anyway back on track, I joined in January then in febuary I first saw the role play and tried to make a Naruto bio only to be told what the rules where so I changed it to sai. Joined Konoha and learned all there was on narutobase and have been very loyal to konoha only having left it once for a month before returning to it. I was able to get scary to become hokage when Izuna went inactive by making a few threads and linking everyone in konoha, I was in charge of tournaments and battled many people. I learned alot in narutobase irl and here but one thing that has always alluded me was sealing jutsu, despite my many years here and many things I've done to get stronger in the role play I was always behind, everyone had sealing or sound or some special bio like rinnegan or Minato, I was just outclassed and I just recently barely passed the rain test and have been trying my best to keep up with just ice but it didn't stop me from wanting to play the rp because the community was great and despite all the flaws and gripes I bring up on a daily basis about the rp and some of its members I love the base and its members because they've been like good friends. So pervy clause this chirstmas please grant me sealing jutsu (or if thats out of the question for whatever reason leg weights for Vegito I guess) for my love to the base, konoha, maybe to just be alittle bit better fighting wise, because its Christmas? xd and because I Will give you porno of tsunade despite having college and work always try to get online just to see what Narutobase is up to and maybe to fight someone here and there I suppose Vegito wouldn't be to good a bio to go with sealing but I'd probably make an uzumaki bio to go with it, if you can't do sealing and let me have leg weights it'd work well with vegito since he likes to train and fight so much.

Why you feel you deserve it: Personally don't feel that I deserve anything RP wise. My goal for my bio is to make him similar to Orochimaru in a sense that he/I want(s) to learn as much as I can to make him a diverse and well rounding character(knowledge is power). I believe that I also told you before that I want to eventually apply for the sensei test because I want to help teach and user in future generations and I feel that the more I know the more I can help in the long run.

You didn't really give reasons for LW. It was mainly you want med but you'll settle for power with lw. I mean come on, PM me some reasoning of why lw.

Umm, As you've probably guessed from my "Your good deeds", I don't deserve this, but since I started rping in 2014, I've always been interested in Taijutsu, a love started by Bee vs Sasuke and another Rper Priest, since then, I've been making jutsus and CW to aid me in close range, even joined Bartholomew due to their CQC prowess ,but a problem remains in short range combat, speed difference, if my opponent activates a speed boosting mode while close to me, I'm toast and everyone seems to have one of those nowadays(the reason I added 1.5 tracking speed to my bengal monitor) plus opponents slower or with equal speed tend to keep their distance, in conclusion I would really love to have EIG test permission, gimme a chance to prove the test proctor that I can use taijutsu well.

Why you feel you deserve it: I am a Genjutsu enthusiast, and over the last year and a half (or more?) I have gathered Genjutsu from oldies and current people alike through trades and whatnot. So far I have almost 50 Genjutsu customs, and a lot of fighting style revolves around Genjutsu (you would know z,z). I don't have a F rank Genjutsu technique in my arsenal, and Yard always made me jealous with Svengali ;-;. Honestly, there isn't a real reason to choose me, it'd just fit well with my arsenal even if I don't use it often. Plus, a Dark Wizard with a witchcraft like Genjutsu, pls.

So far it has equated to only three fights, but I mean, they would probably still be sitting if I didn't check them. I host any battle test asked of me as well, and am beginning to pick up on my training. I know it isn't all too much, but those are the only selfless things I have done in recent memory lol
What you wish for: Mayhaps a recheck on my custom.
Why you feel you deserve it: The recheck? I love sharks. I have built an arsenal around them and only them if I needed to stick with them. What I am asking for, as agreed by you, is not ridiculous or OP. I understand your stance on the matter, but if I have a chance at changing it with this, you best bet I will try lol.

Rather than a recheck i grant you permission to resubmit it in change of another mod approving it. What i will say is you need to give a bit more reasoning for the power boost to the jutsu. And how it works with the contract.

Such as succumbing to the petty endemic about the base and/or general toxic behavior. Hell, the offending I've done to people had been inadvertent these past months. I figure it's because I'm not that social on here to actually go about selectively stepping on toes.
What you wish for: Sound
Why you feel you deserve it: I don't think I deserve it per say, no one really deserves anything, but I've missed this elusive ability twice in 2016 alone (feelsbadman.jpg). Both times in prestigious tournaments that I made it to the finals in (Vex's Sound Tournament and the Grand RP Side Tournament). However, due to very silly mistakes I didn't have what it took to snag the prize. However, I haven't blamed anyone for that but myself. I understand there were things I could have done much better when reminisce. But now that Sound has become even more elusive I reckon my chances of it have become marginally slimmer than it was a few months ago. Only something like a mod's permission would suffice.

Your good deeds: It's not RP related but I volunteer at both the childrens hospital in my city and at the library. I tutor kids at the library help put away books and help with any problems people may have. At thr childrens hospital I talk to kids hrlp at the service desk and try to play with them in the teen center. Most kids my age do it for college but I've been doing this for the past two years and I love it. It's fun and I can help people. The only personal benefit would be that it makes me happy.
What you wish for: Kaito's Tai if you're able to give it out. Otherwise LW on Taek.
Why you feel you deserve it: I love taijutsu and woth either I think I would be more influenced to use it more often in battle, Rock Lee is my favorite character and I'd really like a chance to prove myself in this area of the RP. I think i deeserve it because I've proved I really enjoy taijutsu using it in a lot of my fights.

People will always take shots at you as you're an easy target and you react to them. People always have done the same to me, the difference is you shouldn't engage in it. Follow the rules and have your own fun, don't rise to the hate they want. Just enjoy your time here and if you ignore the trolls they will eventually give up or suffer the power of infractions.

Your good deeds : (What have you done that is good without personal gain) Through out my activity on the base this year, I have been easy going (not totally tbvh) and minding my business although some members on here try to pick on me every now and then but fawk them for all I care. I ain't gonna type some crazy formulated lie here for this, I'm simply going to be as honest as possible. This year I've been good and I've been bad also like a 50-50 kinda thing both on the base and in RL. I tutor most of my peers in RL after lectures on courses they don't quite get for free, I've given a guy my lunch once this year (I don't remember when tho). This year has been great tho, done crazy things and honourable things that have contributed to my life a way or the other. On NB, I've really not done much like but that doesn't mean I'm bad.

The last time we fought i tried to go tai on you and you did all you could to keep away from me. Why you feel you deserve it: No one truly deserves anything, this is a privilege granted by your generosity not by a divine right or entitlement that we are given, so i acknowledge that and would like to thank you for the opportunity and to wish my fellow role players good-luck in their applications. I have been on this forum for more than five years now and during that period i have always had two core goals, two driving factors and for me that was to become an official sensei and to make a name for myself with my own custom character sakazuki, who is one of my favorite villains in the one piece japanese manga/anime. Over the course of my years here i have progressed with this bio and developed and still in the process of doing so my own way and one of the methods i like to encompass in that is genjutsu. Genjutsu is arguably my favorite ability to use on this forum, which was initially one of the reasons i made my character a sharingan wielder, i liked the ability it gave to manipulate your opponent senses and play tricks on him/her and i think this ability would help me not only to get better in using genjutsu but to have something strong which i can rely on in tough battles, i promise not to abuse it if given the chance to learn it an to always uphold and maintain the dignity of the roleplay. Your good deeds: I've been a good boy on here with my account And I've given many customs to newer people without asking for anything in return, as long as i see that they were here to stay. Not to mention i was a senpai for about 2 years altogether and that alone is, unlike senseiship, training people without asking for anything in return or aiming for anything; Seeing as with senseiship you can win sensei of the month and gain things. Other than that, i think ima decent individual majority of the time.

Well, it seems i wasn't quite able to forfill all your dreams, but i feel i managed to give what i could where warrented. I do want you all to advance in base but i don't want you to have a free ride. I strongly believe you should work for what you have and have a style to suit you and your bio. This is RP, not a power contest, build on your roll. For example, i gave Moofy a jutsu for his luffy bio that allows him to eat jutsu. Luffy loves to eat so it made perfect sense in this case. A couple of saiyans gained LW because lets face it those bios are born to be tai fighters, or atleast they should be. I know i didn't grant all wishes, and i'm sorry it's just either i can't for like sound, med and fuuin, or i can't because it doesn't feel right for me.

With this, comes the end to what's been a great year for me personally on base. I mean, i've got back in touch with alot of the newer members since i was last active and feel i've given some contribution back as a mod, though i know i'm not the most popular. But i would like to think i'm fair, and don't abuse what power i do have. I look forwards to going into the new year with such creative RPers and what's to come, clan wars? Will blast and dark bios clash in the nw. Will the CC become new rivals like in the days of old. Will Voldermort be the most powerful? Will L actually reply to my LW training? O_<

Anyway, i just want to say thanks to all of you for providing me with my entertainment when RL is lacking and i hope it's the same for all of you.
