As Jiraiya says this he release a stream of gas diagonally upwards so it's falling down you to. As he does this he throws 2 kunai with an explosive tag attached to each. One goes up with the gas to fall down on you and one goes directly at you:

Violence is not a solution :T_T:
As the flamable gas is seen, Blizzard releases a wind jutsu to blow back the gas along with the kunais even though there were no chances of the gas reaching Blizz (mid-range). Watch out for the fire!
