Btw sensei can this jutsu temporary blind someone in a fight ? if i use it on them ? i mean a gust of wind carries the sand and the jutsu is blocked (not perfectly) can some sand go in the enemy's eyes ? and blind him for just a little bit ?

Alright this one is quite simple. You form the handseals, and then form your hand into a fist and focus your wind chakra into it. You then punch, and when you punch you should release a vortex of wind shot out of ithe punch.

Try it out against my clone. *poof* She shouldn't even be here after being sent away by your hurricane fist, along with being destroyed wherever she lands.
