Ok now perform the hand seals and focus you chakra into the earth and cause the water below the earth to rise to the surface and turn the earth to mud.... the more chakra you use the bigger the swamp.... ok try it

sighs.. and breathes heavy, sitting back down to regain some strength and stamina...

once rested, stands up... activates Byakugan allowing him to monitor his chakra flow closely before closing his eyes focusing really hard on building his chakra as well as concentrating on performing this jutsu correctly.

performing the required handseals places his hand on the ground and opens his eyes, focusing hard still on both chakra control and jutsu precision making the water rise and the earth to dampen and begin going soft... concentrating more & more chakra flow into it as possible using his Byakugan to help control the required chakra needed...
