I think it is easy for Christians to say I believe in god and I love him (why not her I wonder!), but for we who live in a Muslim world the story is different. If you had to live in a country where you must act according to the principles a man of some fourteen hundred years ago, your idea of god would have been totally different. We have to hate those who don't believe in Islam because Allah has preached that. They are to be converted and if they show any sort of resistance they ought to be obliterated. Of course, their offspring will embrace Islam because they don't know any other ideology. Christianity was the same till the 16th and if the church was not forced to its cloisters, it was acting the same.
In my opinion, religion's fruit is nothing more than hatred and we would have been far better off without it. Sadly, it still persists, but I'm sure it is short of breath and science, love, literature, etc will replace religion and its bunch of lies.
