Hi Zenryoku, my name is Ieshia but most of people call me Cutie Pie because im so cute and nice to other people.And some of my hobbies are playing my brother xbox360,useing his labtop,and driveing his car when he's not looking lol.But im kinda new to naruto Base but i like it very much because i wanted to become skilled in kenjustu, and taijustu.And then after i learned all of those my dream goal was to aquire a Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist Sword.So i will become the 1st female to aquire one,and once i fullied that dream my next one is to become a sensei or sempai and help all the new people by teaching them.Since there always sad when all the sensei's are filled with students i wanna take those frowns and turn them upside down.

Description: A down pour of rain will fall and any thing with chakra that it touches the user can sense there location and instantly know there.

When useing this justu,it gives the user send some of his water charkra into the sky which in turn makes it rains.And when it touches the enemy it tell the user where he is at all times as long as the rain is touching him.

The user can tell where the user is at,at any given time and this justu is best used when collobrated with hidden mist justu.So the enemy cant see in the mist but thanks your chakra rain you know exactly where he is.

This justu's on weakness is,that is the oppent tunnels underground of goes somewhere where the rain cant touch him.The user wont know his enemy's location anymore

Once you graduate from the Academy School you become a full fledge ninja,Where there under the watch of a sensei and go on mission with him.And they can only graduate by passing the chunn exam,which means you need to go into the forest of death and find a differet scroll.

Young Adult:

Now after passing the chunin exams you become a jounin in which, you lead the a 3 man squad. With them all looking up to you for advice and protection if anything was to go wrong.

Now for the person who is the strongest in there village,and they are they villages back bone.And the village depends heavily on the hokage as a sign of strength and reliance. Even though you can only become a hokage by it being passed down,and if a ninja does something herioc to save the village that is a way to become hokage.

Technique
Chidori
This technique channels a large amount of lightning chakra to the user's hand. The amount of chakra is so great that it becomes visible. The high concentration of electricity produces a sound reminiscent of many birds chirping, hence the name. Once the technique is completed, the user charges forward and thrusts the Chidori into the target. This produces heavy amounts of damage that is usually fatal. This technique is classified as an assassination technique because of the speed at which it is performed, despite the loud noise it produces.
As shown against Killer B, Chidori can also be used to simply give the opponent a large electrical shock without impaling them.
This jutsu has a major drawback, however. The speed at which the attack must be done, combined with the fact that the user must run in a straight line, causes a tunnel vision-like effect for the user. This allows the enemy to easily counter the attack, making it a potentially lethal move for the user. Though this drawback would seem to make learning the technique fairly pointless, Sasuke and Kakashi are able to avoid the drawback because of their Sharingan, which takes in every detail, regardless of how fast the user is moving.
As an additional drawback, the large amount of chakra required limits the number of times this technique can be performed per day. In Part I, Sasuke can only use it twice a day (under his own power) and Kakashi can use it four times, though their limits have been shown to have increased to an unspecified level in Part II. Should the user attempt to go beyond their limit, all of their chakra will be drained and their very life force could go along with it.

An additional problem, though not necessarily a debilitating one, is the fact that the large amount of chakra can also injure the user's hand if they put too much force into the attack. In Part I, Sasuke does this when confronting his brother Itachi, causing some of the skin to peel from his hand and leaving it slightly smouldering after the attack was finished.

Who is a shinobi/ninja?

Shinobi are the persons involved in the main military power (female ninja is known as a kunoichi) . Most come from a hidden village, of which some come from specialized ninja clans, and will perform missions for a fee. These missions can include: doing manual labour, acting as escorts, gathering secret information, retrieving stolen items, carrying out assassinations, etc. In times of war, ninja will come together to defend their villages and land. The clearest characteristic of a shinobi is their ability to manipulate chakra to create and use jutsu.

What is Jutsu?
Jutsu (techniques) are the mystical arts a ninja will utilize in battle. To use a technique, the ninja will need to use their chakra. To perform a technique, the ninja will bring out and release the two energies of chakra. By forming hand seals, the ninja is able to carry out the desired technique. Because of the extensive number of hand seals and different combinations, there are thousands of potential techniques to be discovered.

What are tools?
Ninja tools are used as alternatives to jutsu. They can include weapons, accessories, and even clothing. A standard shinobi will have a pouch equipped with many such tools, and nearly every ninja is equipped with at least a shuriken holster. Most also possess and wear a forehead protector with the symbol of the village they derive from, though the ninja does not necessarily have to wear it over their forehead. The Inuzuka clan's ninken and Aburame clan's insects are also classified as tools.

My name is Ray, I've been a fan of Naruto since it first came out onto Tv. I like watching anime, reading manga, and walking outside. Must of my days are spent outside by our lake, Oh yeah I live on a farm within the city that is important information. My city is a small city, everything is really in walking distants so I don't drive much. When my friends come over we play games, some of which are the Naruto and bleach games. I just tried the Rping, I'm not very good at the Rping system yet but I try to make it interesting by coming up with new ways to use techniques. I strive for perfection at everything i do, even though sometimes I act care free. I'm easy to get along with and make friends easily. I type out my posts with proper grammar and convey my explains in full detail. On the Rping system, I just join the hidden cloud village (Kumogakure) which I'm more of a liability to than an accessory.

If the enemy uses a fire style jutsu the flames will increase and blow up onto you.

The Wind Release is one of the five basic elements, Fuuton, or Wind Element, takes the form of wind based attacks. These can be huge gusts or sustained wind storms. Wind is typically a specialised offensive element, good for close to mid-range attacks. Wind is a good combination with fire (Katon) to increase the flames power. Wind strength is against lighting which is it's elemental advantage.

BASICS ​

Ninja are people trained through the ninja academy to be shinobi and to accomplished assigned missions by their kage. The Ninjas used ninjutsu, taijutsu, and genjutsu to accomplish the missions for fees. Ninja spend their whole life mastering their ninjutsu. Some ninja are born with Kekkai Genkai which are techniques limited to inheritance by blood or a Bloodline Limit.It's possible for a ninja to have more than one of these abilities. Water and wind can make Ice such as Haku's Ice mirror KG. Kekkei genkai abilities that work via the user's eye are called dōjutsu. There are three dojustu the sharingan, rinnegan, and the Byakugan. The ninja system has a ranking system starting from Genin to Kage. Genin are put on teams with a captain who is usually a jounin. In order to become a chunnin you must first take and pass the chuunin exam. After accomplishing enough missions successfully you are promoted to jounin. Each village has it's own Kage, who leads the village on decisions. Handseals are used for focusing your chakra to preform techniques. Every ninja has different chakra natural affinity. Once they are jounin they usually have master two. Ninjas can also combine the two elements to make a new element. For example water and earth can make wood style.Taijutsu is close combat that uses hand to hand combat. This usually requires the least chakra and hand seal usage of the three categories. Chakra is mainly used to enhance the power and speed of the shinobi when using Taijutsu. Rock lee and Guy are the most skilled ninja in this department mostly using taijutsu to fight their enemies. Genjutsu is when a ninja uses their chakra to disrupt the chakra flow of others in order to manipulate the five senses. Genjutsu is primarily used to distract opponents and supplement ninjutsu and taijutsu attacks. Genjutsu can be disrupted by disrupting your own chakra. Itachi is famous for his eye Genjutsu that he can cast by just looking at you. Once you are selected by your village you can become one of the kages.

This is why I think i should be your personal student.

Description: User creates a wall of spinning wind in front of him that is used to push back weapons thrown towards him. It can also be used against taijutsu close range attacks, but the wall can be pushed back with a stronger wind jutsu or if a smoke bomb or explosive tag touches the
spinning wind they will automatically get activated because of the sharpness of the wind element, damaging the user also.

this techquine is used to act as a defense from kunia and very wind suiton doton and raiton attacks the jutsu isnt the best to use in battle because of its rank and if a explosive unia or smoke bomb hits it it activates and harms the user as well stronger jutsu will push this jutsu back so its not a good just in a strong battle

a ninja main purpose is to protect their village and everyone in it squads usally run im 4 man cells to do missions a ninja use kunia and shuriken smoke bombs and wire and rope as quick attacks but the most commonly see attack from ninjas are jutsus which can be genjutsu ninjutsu or one f the five elments and to tell the truth i cant really explain much more zen im sorry
