i think it is shisui, he was blind and must have put those in while blind, we only saw half of his face so we are still guessing

But why are the stitches spread equally apart? lol. I do admit its crude. His nose resembles Shisui. Only time will tell.

The lower half of his face looks like Shisui, it could be him, that would explain the Itachi stuff. But it won't explain why they look weird with light hair and no eye brows.

I agree. WHen I first saw the scan, I didnt think Shisui but I do notice that the guy has a similar nose shape to Shisui. I think they could be white zetsu clones with DNA from Uchihas. That is why both Shin and the Akatsuki guy have no eyebrows and their skin is fair.
