The other eye's technique, the one that allows him to form Susanoo and control Amaterasu, is Kagutsuchi. It wouldn't make any sense if it were simply an Amaterasu extension, how would he have Susanoo?

Sasuke doesn't have Tsukuyomi in the first place, Madara likely does, as that technique is required for his plan to work. For all we know Madara could have Tsukuyomi and Kagutsuchi. Just as Tsukuyomi isn't required for Sasuke, Amaterasu may not be needed for Madara.

This also holds up to the myth, in regards to 2 brother/sister powers gives you Susanoo. Nothing suggests that Sasuke has an affinity to Amaterasu or Kagutsuchi, Itachi has an affinity to Tsukuyomi, or Madara has an affinity to Susanoo. They simply have the techniques, anyone with the techniques can develop them properly.

Ok I'll explain this again; the way to achieve Perfect Susano'o: It's by progression , the Sharingan, Mangekyo Sharingan, Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan and then finally Rinnegan!!! That's why Madara is the only one who can do it, Sasuke only has the potential for it..People think it's just EMS = PS, yeh that's bullsh!t..I don't know how people even started that dumb thought, I guess just so they could dream of Sasuke busting out a PS now that he has EMS but no, get real! Madara didn't even activate PS with EMS he did it with Rinnegan, because it's the only way to unlock the true potential of Susano'o, to combine the power of the Senju and Uchiha and when I say "power" I mean the pure emotions of the two brother clans..because what must be understood is that Susano'o manifests from pure hatred and sorrow which is why it can only be unlocked with MS and gets stronger the more the hatred and sorrow develops(we saw this with Sasuke) but then with EMS you start to see through things and give reason and understanding to it, and if you guys know anything about hatred, the more you can justify your hatred the more vengeful and insane you become so the Susano'o will reach a peak in a sense but can grow even more powerful the more hatred and reason to it is added, then finally how does one control this hatred you ask? With LOVE, you need that in order to stabilize all the raw power of hatred and emotion so in other words, you need the power of the Senju. Uchiha+Senju= Rinnegan=PS

It will be cool if Sasuke unlocks Perfect Susanoo and it's not impossible for him, but I guess you're right that Madara's specialize is in Susanoo, just like Itachi's is in Tsukuyomi and Sasuke's is in Amaterasu. This can and maybe is the reason for him to have the PS. Anyway, as a Sasuke fan, I would like to see him unlocking PS, combining it with Kurama and Naruto. :x3:

But not Tsukuyomi. He could have used Tsukuyomi on the five Kage instead of a normal genjutsu.

I believe Sasuke will also have a perfect Susanoo. But not as much as construct as Madara's version.

When Madara vs Hasimara, He didn't use full Susano'o then I believe
& he had EMS at that stage, I believe you can use Full Susano'o if you've evolved your EMS to Rinnegan.

That is my opinion
