yeah I think this is very plausible. Imo, the line of susanoo users as stated by Obito is very rare, normal ms users like obito, shishui etc probably have just one ms technique (which is more hax than having three imo). madara, izuna, sasuke and itachi on the other hand got three ms techniques, and specialised in one. itachi in tsukuyomi, sasuke in amaterasu, and madara in susanoo

The rumor is that EMS=Perfect Susanoo but I think not. Every person who has MS has one special ability unigue only to them:

Itachi=Tsukyomi
Shusui=KA
Obito and Kakashi=Kamui
Sasuke=Enton

What is Madara's special MS abiltiy? A full body Susanoo.I think EMS allowed him to take it a step further, evolving it to the PS when know now.

Perfect Susanoo is the special MS ability Madara possesses. Sasuke cant use PS unless Kishi says otherwise.

There are people that says Sasuke inherited all of Itachi's MS abilities. Is this... true? I haven't seen a Sasuke executing Tsukiyomi. So, mister, you have my support. It's QUITE probable that your hypotheses is a certain one.
