The situation did not arise for Madara to use PS at that level of scale...not to mention he did not use it again against the kages as well..

PS is a mangekyou ability and all of them has the ability to fly, its just the manifestation of chakra which can be changed...

Again, Susanoo is the manifestation of chakra from the user.. which can be controlled according to the situation...

If Madara has the ability to change it in order to cover Kyuubi, it should be the same case to make some wings [common sense]...

When u look at his Perfect Susanoo its evident, that the shape of wings/arms are folded behind the usual ones...

P.S. When Kakashi can do it, how can there be limitation for Madara..

It's not, thats how the Susanoo is formed actually...

They do not present facts for every abilities [Ability to fly in Susanoo], since its a common trait...
