Wrong. Just because only Madara's name was listed as the user doesn't mean that he is the sole user as people claim. The Databook isn't obliged to include every jutsu user's name. For instance, Madara isn't marked as a Chibaku tensei user and yet we know that he can use it.

The situation did not arise for Madara to use PS at that level of scale...not to mention he did not use it again against the kages as well..

PS is a mangekyou ability and all of them has the ability to fly, its just the manifestation of chakra which can be changed...

Kakashi copied the shape resembling to Sasuke [which is why he was able to fly instantly] - not an asspull

Many of the things are not shown in manga, but it doesnt mean the user cannot utilize the technique [Ex: Tobirama doing Edo tensei, Nagato being immune to visual genjutsu]
