Perfect Susanoo and meteorite attack

l'm still wondering why people THINK, both of this come from EMS and not from Rinnegan. Just wondering.

btw: The reason why Nagato couldn't summon PS is maybe that he never had the base susanno, in order to apply the upgrades from hos eyes.

But anyway, it is not clear, because when Madara used both techniques, he was using Rinnegan, not EMS.

Imo I think the meteorite is from the rinnegan or madara's personal arsenal. And the PS from EMS (I also think each sharingan has different properties <Kamui, amateratsu..... > so another MS or EMS user might not be able to achieve PS.

The meteor is one thing, but why are you people trying to accredit a Mangekyo Sharingan technique like PS to other things? First it was Hashi cells, then it's Rinnegan. He used it against Hashi and he didn't have cells or Rinnegan.

You don't need Rinnegan for PS. Hasn't the millions of other Sasuke threads concerning his eventual and gradual acquirement of PS already established this?
Sasuke is living proof with this bodily constructed Susano'o. It's already inevitable without the Rinnegan.
PS is solebeit an Uchiha technique not concerning Senju. It's an entire different package of abilities.

well i'm just stating that both of this guys (susanoos) don't look the same (that's what i'm pointing at)
and usually people refer to the stabilized version as the perfect, but perfect is not the one that used the big sword hit, seen agaisn't the kage (that is the stabilized one)

it's a doubt coming from a misconception... unless both susanoos are the same and look exactly the same.
