Just randomly poped into my mind the perfect host for the kyuubi wdnt your first thght be a uchiha since there eyes can obtain the power to cntrl the fox so they wld be able to just take the foxs powers without much effort?

Well no, a perfect host is a host like Bee, where he and the beast are friends and help out each other... where it doesn't require any kind of jutsu to make sure the beast doesn't take over you and it doesn't try to break free. Because that would mean more concentration and more loss of chakra for the host... and in Battle that's not something you want to always keep your mind on...
Don't think that once you put the Kiuby under a genjutsu and control it, it will stay like that with no effort on your side, no... it will take allot of concentration, chakra and skill to both control it against it's will and also fight your fight.

So to answer the question, i think the Uzumakis are the best for this due to their strong and big chakra reserves, and also due to them being known for their powerful sealing jutsu.

As of now, the only possible kyuubi controller other then naruto would be madara. Sure,a person with excellent control over EMS who can control kyuubi would be a great host. Although an uzumaki like naruto who can control it would also be a great host, as he alternatively has high chakra/stamina himself.
