It is said that Percy gets his handsome looks from his father Poseidon, the leader of the Hozuki clan. Percy began training at a very young age, working on his speed, muscle, stamina and endurance. He became very fit, muscular and lean with his intense training. Percy refuse to acknowledge his great looks, but a great number of girls find him extremely attractive. One reason to why Percy is growing so much is because he is always in the water swimming.
Personality: Percy is brave, spirited, natural leader, and is willing to risk his life to save friends, family, strangers, and sometimes even enemies. He has a sarcastic and smart sense of humor, a laid-back demeanor, and has earned the respect of all the clan members. When it comes to fighting or protecting the village, Percy is a completely different person. He takes it very seriously and wouldn't let anything change the way he does things or feel about it. Percy remains true and never goes back on his word. He is also somewhat short-tempered, and thus has trouble controlling his anger even though he denies it. His father Poseidon always points it out to him which angers but he was always told he needs to get rid of that problem because it can cause trouble in battle or some serious situation.
Percy is a very responsible person but soometimes feels too responsible for everyone and anything which goes wrong. He blames himself and always believe he could of done something to prevent wrong from happening. When he is with his friends, he acts goofy and somewhat senseless. Percy can also be derisively sarcastic and moody, and he dislikes being manipulated or forced to obey. He believes in himslef and have great confidence in anything he do. Percy changes as time goes on and he continues to mature as a young man.
Swimming will always be Percys favorite thing. Every evening, right before sunset, Percy would always go to the lake to swim and just be around or in water. This is the only way he can get rid of everything that stresses him out, he is able to free his mind.

Percy was born into the Hozuki clan of Kirigakure. It was a stormy night when Percys mother, Azela gave birth to him. Poseidon, Percys father was by her side throughout the birth process. It was a very special moment for both parents, seeing their son come into the world. Percy was both Azelas and Poesidons first child. Poseidon, being the head of the Hozuki clan knew that one day his son would grow strong enough to lead the clan and maybe one day become the Mizukage. He stood at Azelas side the entire time thinking of the future of his son. Percy cried on for a little while but Azela began singing a song that her mother sang to her as a child. Little Percy got quiet and fell asleep on his mothers chest while she rock him and sing to him. Poseidon recognized something about Percy while he was crying, he felt Percys chakra which was quite weird, more like impossible. Percy chakra was beyond normal, he was born with a very powerful chakra that felt very sinister for a child. It bugged Poseidon for a while, but he then remembered his son was just born and put a smile on his face ignoring everything that happened. Poseidon took his family home the next morning, introducing his new born son to the clan and family members. Percy got the clans blessing and he was now officially part of the Hozuki clan. The king was born.

As Percy grew older, he became a prodigy. He was always very talented but he still trained very hard to become better. Poseidon trained Percy as much as possible because he wanted him to be the head of the clan one day. He pushed Percy to his max everyday, sometimes angering Percy. Percy began mastering elements and showing great skills for his age. His father then decided to teach him the clans special abilities. First, Percy needed to learn the clans history and secrets. Many clan members wasn't supporting Poseidons decisions because they believed Percy was to young to know about the clans secrets. Poseidon trusted his son with his life and the clan so he proceeded. Percy began training in the clans special abilities. He learned so much and was picking up on everything very fast, people believe he is a prodigy. Percy began going out on missions with his father as a Hozuki shinobi, not a Kirigakure ninja. He was put into tough situations, testing his battle intelligence and fighting skills. Percy was already on a Jonin level in his young teen days. Over time, Percy have seen many shinobis die, families ruined all because of the currupt shinobi world. Percy became strong enough to handle himself in very difficult situations. Some of the clan members even began to say that instead of becoming the leader of the clan, that Percy can become Mizukage. It was rare to see someone with Percys skill and he was compared to the Second Mizukage many times, not only for his shinobi skills, but his sarcasim and goofing around. Percy wanted to make a change in the ninja world, for his name to be known for making a change for the better. He didn't believe in violence but rather find peaceful solutions to problems. Percy always knew there was a huge world out there just waiting to be explored. He began thinking about leaving the village and adventuring around the shinobi world as he trained and got stronger.
One warm beautiful evening, Percy family was having dinner. Over the night before, Percy came to his final decision of leaving Kirigakure and travelling the world. Percy brought it up to his parents at dinner. His parents was shocked, his father Poseidon was more than shocked, he was enraged. He disagreed with Percys decision and forbided him from leaving the village. Percy and his father got into an arguement that evening over him leaving the village. His mother Azela agreed with his father. She explained to Percy that he have a bright future ahead of him in Kirigakure. Percy argued with both of his parents saying he made his final decision and he's not changing his mind about it and that he is going to leave that same night. Poseidon grabbed onto Percy, shocking his mother and Percy himself. He told Percy that he's not leaving the village no matter what.
Percy: Sorry father but you no longer make my decisions.
Poseidon: You do what I tell you to do, I'm the head of this clan and you will obey.
Percy: So you choose the clan over your own son? I'm leaving this village tonight you aren't stopping me father.
Poseidon: We will see about that Percy, you will have to go through me to leave. You are no match for me.
Percy: That's the problem father, you let the fact that I'm your son, your little boy, blind you of the fact that I have grown and became much stronger... stronger than you.
Poseidon: Let's see about that.
Percy and his father stepped outside the house as his mother pleeded for them to stop, and the battle began. They fought for hours, Percy not giving in and neither did Poseidon. The battle raged on but Percy needed to prove a point, that he's not a child anymore and it's time for him to make his own decisions. Percy got motivated and his determination to be the greatest gave him all the power he needed to defeat his father. Percy stood over his father as he laid on the floor in defeat.
Percy: This is the end father..
Azela: Percy STOP!!!
Percy: I'm not going to kill him, he is my father and always will be.
Poseidon: Hahahahah.. I'm so proud of you. You are a true Hozuki, a true warrior and definitely my son, my blood and I'm beyond proud to be your father.
Percy: D..a..aaadd (In tears), I'm proud to be your son and I'm sorry it had to be this way. I will always love you and mom no matter what.

She fell for him but Percy had no interest in her cause she is a little to ugly for him and smells like dog poop but her personality and kind heart is the reason why he stuck around with her and became great friends. Korra told Percy so much about her village and Percy was interested and really excited to see it. Korra took Percy to Amegakure and Percy life was about to change.

Hidden Rain's signature weapon. Umbrella's are shown to be used frquently by Rain ninja in anime/manga.
•Senbon Shower: releases a hailing "shower" of senbon. It cannot be dodged by moving away since the needles cover a wide area in all directions, controlled by chakra. Although the needles are said to be able to pierce a five millimetre thick steel sheet, they can still be blocked by a powerful enough shield. Medical ninja can dip their senbon with poison to increase their lethality.
