The fact that it was a war helps my point all the more. Minato had his own duties to take care of. Or should he have just abandoned his duties to take care of a jonin (who is supposed to be an elite ninja) and two chunin?

This term is targeted towards just about every person people claim that Minato failed to save. "If you can't handle the heat, get the hell out the kitchen." They all knew what the hell they signed up to. Don't go blaming this and that on Minato. He saved the village at the price of losing his life and his wife life.
