Strong points
- this technique requires only one hand-seal and can attack the opponent from various angels as it descends

Weak points
- though it doesn't take much to initiate the technique, it doesn't immediately move to attack the opponent, which means they will more often then not, have ample time to prepare either a counter or defense for it.

Combinations-strategies
- I could use Water Release: Starch Syrup Capture Field, which would restrict the opponent's movements and allow the lightning attack to come down upon them. Even if they manage to move slightly, the lightning will be conducted through the water and enhance it. One could also use a wind technique to knock up great deal of dust/sand, which would blind them to the incoming attack but with my chakra sensing, I could pinpoint them.

Ways to counter this technique
- since the technique is quite visible and doesn't immediately move towards the opponent, one could simply use Wind Release: Wind Stream to evade the technique.

Strong points
- it can enhance some basic ninjutsu techniques that utilize the demon windmill shuriken, certainly making tool defenses useless.
- it's very fast and fluid in usage, one can keep the shuriken folded and use them as blades, and then use them as enhance projectiles.

Weak points
- to a weaker extent, this technique could be done in freeform, which would save a move for something more useful.
- seeing as the mediums are shuriken, they could easily be repelled by just moderately powerful wind techniques.

- I might use something like Earth Release: Mud Shot to momentarily blind the opponent and leave them open to being struck by the shuriken

Description: The user manipulating their chakra generates a plasma barrier around them to serve as a defence which protects them from incoming attacks, even from something as wide-ranged as the Quicksand Waterfall Flow. However the user cannot use other techniques besides lightning release or physical based techniques while sustaining the technique. The user can rush at their opponents even if the barrier is active and use it to ram against them. The shield can be used offensively, by discharging the electricity in the direction of their choice in a wave resulting in using the energy of the barrier and ending its effects.
Note: Technique remains active for 3 turns.

- it works best if an opponent is rushing you, such as in very intense taijutsu/kenjutsu encounters

- Lightning Release: False Darkness, as the opponent might shift away from the ball, it would be a fast, strong follow up

- Wind Style: Wind Blade, it'd work well because the opponent would have trouble perceiving it and may get cocky with their defense, which would shatter upon coming into contact with this technique
- Wind Release: Vacuum Blade, similar to the above technique, but requires less chakra and is slightly weaker

Description: The user must first perform the following sequence of hand seals Ox → Rabbit → Monkey → Dragon → Rat → Bird → Ox → Snake → Dog → Tiger → Monkey and they will then focus lightning chakra into their hand to create a lightning jutsu that is concentrated in the user's palm and thrusted toward the opponent at high speed. The lightning in the user's palm sounds like birds chirping, hence the name, and allows the user to perform high grade cutting damage or high penetration piercing thrusts.
Note: Someone who mastered lightning release can perform chidori with just the Ox hand seal.
Note: Uchiha Sasuke and Kakashi Hatake bios can use the technique without handseals

- this technique is quite nice in that once it is activated, the user is free to user other attacks
- it releases countless bolts of electricity in an omnidirectional manner, which can work well against clones
- it can easily enhance preexisting water techniques in the vicinity, or those that follow it within the turn
- works very well against some blast and earth techniques, especially the former, is several small creatures are made

Weak points
- the ball is quite apparent and once released, will be stationary for the duration of the turn it lasts
- in being limited to short-range, it's usage will also be reduced because the user could get struck too

Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electricity from their body. It can be used as an omnidirectional attack or be channeled through weapons, the ground or other conductive mediums. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it has great numbing and paralyzing effects. To channel Nagashi through a medium, the user needs to focus the technique into one of his hands which will then be put in contact with the medium and can only choose to either do a widespread attack throughout his whole body or to channel it into something; he cannot achieve both usages at the same time. Despite not having much destructive or damaging properties, Nagashi can be used to destroy low rank earthen and wooden structures and even negate chakra on the ground to stop high ranked earth and wood techniques. It has also been noted that Lightning Specialists that have mastered Lightning to the highest degree can resist total paralyzation, although they still feel the pain and numbing effects.
Note: Paralyzation lasts 1 turn if sucessful but is ineffective against bios who have a primary Lightning Specialty

Because the technique requires no handseals and is done with simple hand movements, its extremely hard to avoid while in short range and quite dangerous to counter due to the precision attacks it can be used to perform.

It is often used after Earth Release: Mud Fall to cover the enemy target in mud and then follow up with using Fire release: Firing Biscuit, creating flames in the oven to roast and harden the mud, immobilizing the enemy.

The technique can affect a bigger or smaller area depending on the users will.

It was mistakenly placed in the wrong section. And there's no need to bother with earth, water is the last element I need training for now.

- it has decent range and uses the ground as a medium, before bursting upwards
- its movements would make most wind jutsu hard to utilize against it, and basic evasive maneuvers can be useless given a large column size

Weak points
- it requires several hand-seals and then slamming their hand on the ground, which takes time and is quite noticeable
- once it reaches the opponent, it is not instant as it must first pool around them before rising up, which is more time to counter

Description: The Lightning Cutter is an enhanced and concentrated form of the Chidori with the same effects and drawbacks that is done performing the Ox → Rabbit → Monkey hand seals. According to Might Guy, it gained its name after Kakashi split a bolt of lightning with it. Because the Chidori is already powerful on its own, the Lightning Cutter requires better chakra control, which is exemplified in its appearance. The Chidori appears as simply a mass of white electrical chakra in the user's hand, while the Lightning Cutter is much more focused. Kakashi has shown different ways of forming and using the Lightning Cutter, unique to him. Description: After performing the following handseals Ram → Horse → Snake → Tiger the user will release a massive amount of lighting chakra which he uses to create a blinding light that appears to emanate from all over the users body. The light can blind any enemy that sees it but its main ability is that, through skill and precise chakra control and timing, the user can use it as a cover to put the enemy into a genjutsu by using the light as a decoy, preventing the enemy from noticing the genjutsu was placed.
Note: Can follow with any Genjutsu the user knows up to A-Rank but needs to have mastered Genjutsu. The user will need to effectively spend two moves, performing both the Lightning Illusion and the Genjutsu; the first only serves as a cover to place the second unnoticed

Description: This technique requires the user to firstly create a shadow clone. Then, each of them will activate the Lightning Cutter on opposite hands to one another. Description:The user starts off by dashing at his opponent with a Chidori in his hand. As they strikes his opponent, they uses shape manipulation to extend the Chidori into a lightning spear that impales and hurtles the opponent into the air. The user then increases the potency of the lightning, generating a powerful electric explosion at the end of the spear and sending the enemy back to the ground.
Note: Only the spear extention can reach up to mid range.
