Perform the technique: Kneading a fair amount of chakra within his lungs, Ithnan then breathes it all out whilst applying nature transformation. As the chakra is released, it assumes the form of a somewhat expansive, and powerful, gust of wind that invariably gathers a great deal of dust and sand into itself as it moves forwards, blasting everything in its path.
Creative uses/strengths: This technique has decent range, and a few uses. First and foremost, it can temporarily blind the opponent and knock them back, however, it can also be useful against low rank earth techniques. Indeed, should the opponent use small to medium-sized stones, they will be soundly repelled back towards the opponent. This technique can also work well against ninja tools and basic ninjutsu. To use this technique, I might first use a genjutsu to limit visual capacity, and then actually blind them with the dust so that breaking the genjutsu doesn't solve all their issues. One could also use this technique first, and then follow up with Earth Release: Mud Shot to more effectively blind the opponent. This technique is also nice in that it requires no hand-seals.
Drawbacks/counters: It's a stream-based technique that means it's somewhat harder to manage in fast combinations. One could use a variety of water techniques to make it impossible to manipulate the dust, which means that this technique wouldn't even be really feasible in places where the battle takes place over water. It's a technique that wouldn't be very viable in the NW, where Kirigakure is predominantly water. One could also use stronger wind techniques to blow all the dust and sand back onto the opponent.



Perform the technique: Gathering a moderate amount of chakra within his right hand, Ithnan then clenches it before making a punch. As the punch moves to connect with the idle dummy, the chakra in the hand is released forward in the form of a fairly large hurricane that easily sends the dummy flying.
Creative uses/strengths: This technique works very well in taijutsu battles, as it can enhance a punch and just as quickly change the battle to mid-range. Essentially, there is a fair amount of fluidity in what it does, and requires no hand-seals, which is always a perk. One could also punch the ground, make a small hurricane, and propel themselves away quickly to mid-range.
Drawbacks/counters: For this technique to really work, one must be in midst of close-combat and would be quite apparent when it is activated. An opponent could still easily use a plethora of elemental jutsu and the technique would simply provide no defensive measure, directly.



Perform the technique: Upon kneading a fair amount of chakra in his right hand, Ithnan then condenses it whilst applying nature transformation before outstretching his arm forwards. At his own silent discretion, he releases the chakra and applies shape manipulation to have it assume the form of a demonic claw, which extends from his hand.
Creative uses/strengths: This technique can be used to quickly overpower an unprepared opponent in close quarters. One can nullify incoming wind techniques of comparable magnitude, as well as work well against some lightning like chider and its variations. One can also use this technique to tear down moderately powerful barricades, which means light attempts to discontinue close combat can swiftly be decimated and the user can continue their assault with great fluidity.
Drawbacks/counters: The user won't be able to use any other chakra-involved techniques whilst it is activated. Strong elemental techniques can outright overpower it, especially fire ones. One could also manipulate the terrain and trap the opponent, whom would need to cancel the technique in order to change their tactics to a more viable and safe counter.​

Description: By Covering their hand with wind-natured chakra, The user attacks the enemy with it. The power of this attack is capable of causing the ground to split and buckle around them which could be used to throw the enemy off balance.

Now this is quote the basic jutsu. The user will gather fuuton chakra into their hand and condense the chakra while leaving their palm open. The user will then attempt to attack the opponent. This jutsu if it makes contact with the opponent will release a large shock wave of wind that can seriously harm the opponent and even blast the opponent back, even without hitting the opponent when releasing it, it is still able to cause the ground to break apart due to the force it gives off. Its main purpose is to simply help in close range battle but that is all it is limited to is just close range fighting. It can easily be used with combinations of other CQC type attacks, one being by sending barrage of kunais and shurikens to distract the opponent and then appear in a quick movement in attempt to hit them. The jutsu is performed very fast very close as if you were trying to do regular tai fighting so it also does not restrict your speed by that much. Now simple ways to protect from the jutsu can be armors or trying to use close range attacks as well like a rasengan to overpower it. The chakra is noticable around the users hand also so you can anticipate it.


(Futon: Kōha Senkaigiri) - Wind Release: Hardliner Revolving Cut

Description: The user covers their leg with wind chakra and strikes a powerful kick to the opponent. This kick was powerful enough to slice through a mechanical puppet.

Okay now this jutsu requires the use of your legs. The user will channel wind chakra towards one of their legs and sharper the chakra around the leg which is noticable by sight. The user will then come close to the opponent and kick them however they want. The kick will be sharpened to such an extent it is able to easily cut through normal metal and rocks. If it makes contact with the opponent it can easily dealt a deadly cut depending on the type of kick sent. Some great things of the jutsu is how fast it is created close to taijutsu kicks though of course not as fast but faster then normal CQC ninjutsu attacks that also includes it has no hand seals required. Their is a lot of proper combos that can be used with this jutsu, trying to properly attack the users footing to hurt their balance and then deliver this attack. Now simple ways to protect from the jutsu can be armors or trying to use close range attacks similar especially with fire.


(Futon: Kibishii Shippuu Kabe) - Wind Release: Severe Hurricane Wall

Description: The user will swing their Giant Folding fan or Giant War fan at their target to create a small but powerful hurricane that drags the target with it several meters. Normal users can perform this technique by use of 3 hand seals before creating the Hurricane.

Okay now their are two ways this can be done. The user will gather fuuton chakra into their fan and then swong the fan towards any location molding the chakra into a small hurricane, this can also be done without a fan but requires 3 hand seals and sent from the mouth of the user. Now the hurricane has a plus, it can move in all ranges which allows it to be mobile so a opponent can't simply push back to evade it. When it is sent you do not need to focus on it anymore so you can go on to another technique for combination play. The biggest plus is when it come in close range of the opponent it will begin to suck the opponent in which can force the opponent off balance so movement is restricted. The hurricane though being a projectile is easy to notice its direction where it is moving as well as being large and loud so it is not a snick attack type jutsu. A basic combo is setting the hurricane in flames to create a powerful flaming attack, while countering it is also quite simple like walls or trying to attack the base of the hurricane, like sending mud towards it to lower its speed.

Bringing his hand down upon an idle dummy, in a chopping motion, a large shockwave of wind is released. The dummy takes a great deal of damage from the initial impact, before being blasted backwards several meters.
Creative uses/strengths: This technique is fast and fluid, when used alongside taijutsu or kenjutsu. As this technique can greatly disrupt the ground in the vicinity, it can be used to nullify certain earth techniques, as well as some of the wind techniques that use the ground as a medium for whatever they do, such as tornados of various sizes. It can also throw the enemy off balance, which is quite nice, as it means that if they use one of the aforementioned techniques, the opponent's technique and their movements will be disrupted.
Drawbacks/counters: The only real drawback to this technique is its range, as its quite useful in more than a few situations. Given that the chakra in the hand is noticeable, having Wind Release: Wind Stream prepared would be very useful, as one could avoid an incoming opponent's chop or the ground being destabilized below them, then shifts them to mid-range for a counter attack.



Perform the technique: Kneading a fair amount of chakra within his left leg, Ithnan makes a swift roundhouse kick whilst releasing the chakra upon utilizing nature transformation. The kick, after connecting with the dummy, easily bifurcates it.
Creative uses/strengths: This technique, like the one above, works well when used in tandem with either taijutsu or kenjutsu. In mentioning the mechanical puppet, this is a technique that could work well against a puppeteer who sends his puppets in to do close combat. One could use this technique to kick up a large dust cloud and quickly follow up with another technique.
Drawbacks/counters: The chakra will be noticeable around the leg, so the opponent will be quite wary of what movements it makes. Something like Lightning Release: Plasma Ball could greatly reduce the incoming kick's power whilst keeping the opponent's body moving forward as it'd overpower it. One could also use Wind Release: Sickle Armor to safely negate it and itself.



Perform the technique: Building up a fair amount of chakra within his fan, Ithnan then flaps it in front of him whilst releasing all the chakra. Applying nature transformation to the released mass of chakra, he has it assume the form and force of a small hurricane.
Creative uses/strengths: This technique can be quite fast if used with a fan and also boasts great range. Low ranked fire techniques from either the user or opponent will fuel it, making it a swirling fiery mass. The same would be applicable for water techniques, or being positioned over a body of water.
Drawbacks/counters: This technique has its suction power limited to only short range, so if the user is outside of that range, the opponent will have to use something like Earth Release: Swamp of the Underworld to slow it down with its great amount of mud. One could also use Wind Release: Hardliner Gale Chop to disrupt the ground beneath it and negate it prematurely.​

(Fūton: Kaze Rasen Yaiba Rendan no justu) - Wind Release: Wind Spinning Blade Barrage Technique

Description: A more advanced version he user uses their Giant Folding fan or Giant Fan and swing it forwards at the target creating a single spinning disk of wind that ressembles a demon wind shuriken. A non wielder of the Giant Folding Fan or Giant Fan can perform this technique with use of four hand seals and releasing wind from their mouth and using shape manipulation to form the disk of wind.

You will take a fan out, I recommend you always have a fan in your bio if you don't have one of sorts but you can still use this jutsu by doing 4 hand seals. You will gather fuuton chakra in your giant fan and then swing it forward towards any target which in turn you release the fuuton chakra which will mold into a giant demon wind shuriken with great cutting potential. This like many other of the techniques are projectile based when sent towards the opponent which can allow you to use it in warfare type combos. The shuriken has the cutting property of wind which can easily slice an opponent. The range goes up only to mid range and it is mainly for offensive purposes but can also deflect moving weapons. The shuriken is very noticable when released and moves straight so countering is simple, a wall will suffice in most cases as well as trying to overpower it.


(Fūton: Boufuu oonami no Jutsu ) - Wind Release: Gale Surge Technique

Description: The user will create a large surge of wind that is capable of pushing a target back and dealing some small cuts to them. The wind technique is also strong enough to push back a large summoning creature.

This jutsu has no hand seals and can be performed rather quickly. The user will gather fuuton chakra into their lungs and then release a large amount of wind from their mouth which is powerful in size and overall brute impact. It has both cutting and impact abilities of wind release meaning if the opponent makes contact with the wind it can cut them as well as push them back, due to how fast it can be created it can be used for close range combat. It deflect just about any weapon thrown at the user (shurikens, senbons, ect). It can also be used to enhance multiple fire techniques at once, making it an excellent offensive and defensive technique. This is mainly a streaming jutsu so you will have to release wind chakra evenly for it to be reached towards the opponent. This can also be a great technique to turn to for summoning animals to try and hurt them due to the wide scale and power it has.


(Fūton: Rasen Kazedan) - Wind Release: Spiralling Wind Ball

Description: This technique allows the user to breathe wind-infused chakra into the palm of their hand, shaping it into a small, whirlwind-like ball. Then the user will shoot it at their opponent. This technique seems to be very fast and powerful, as it is capable of smashing through thick rock. They can be launched in rapid succession.

Okay now the user will gather fuuton chakra take a deep breathe and then breathe out on to their hand while using shape manipulation to form them into the shape of a sphere of pure wind. Launch these spheres at the target by throwing them, and they will fly at the target extremely fast. Now this jutsu moves very fast using the air as a medium racing towards the opponent as a projectile based attack. This also means it is combo friendly and can be used to distract the opponent while you can send another attack. This has destructive force to easily smash through rock material and when it makes contact with the opponent and blast them back. Now this is an easy jutsu to notice and read the direction it moves due to how straight forward it is. Countering the jutsu is quite easy as well So making a wall probably try to create a earth core to move upward to evade while the earth takes the hit.

Perform the technique: Reaching for his fan, Ithnan brings it in front of him whilst streaming chakra directly into it. With a strong swing, he releases all of the accumulated chakra in the ensuing gust and utilizing nature transformation, has it manifest in a form reminiscent of a demon windmill shuriken composed of air.
Creative uses/strengths: This technique can be enhanced by other wind techniques, such as Wind Release: Gale Palm. Other combinations include some basic fire techniques that could turn the pseudo demon wind shuriken into a fiery attack, on top of its raw cutting power.
Drawbacks/counters: The technique essentially releases a fairly small, straightforward projectile. The opponent can either overpower it outright, due to its comparatively mediocre strength, or create a small barricade, or simply evasion with something like Earth Release: Earth Technique or Wind Release: Wind Stream.



Perform the technique: Building a fair amount of chakra within his lungs, Ithnan then exhales it all whilst applying nature transformation. A great gust of wind, reaching many meters, is released with enough power to blow several dummies away.
Creative uses/strengths: This technique is useful in that it can push away all sorts of things, including almost any number of ninja tools, people, and even summonings. At the same time, it can be used to enhance both fire and water techniques so it can be considered a viable combination technique, given its expansiveness. It's all nice in that no hand-seals are required, so it's quite fast.
Drawbacks/counters: This technique primarily pushes back things, and at most, inflicts minor injuries. There's no inherently great offensive power to it. Wind Style: Wind Return could be used negate the incoming gust and send it back to the opponent as a vortex.



Perform the technique: Placing a right hand within close proximity to his mouth, Ithnan then exhales a small stream of chakra into his hand. By applying nature transformation, the chakra begins to swiftly revolve in the form of a small, condensed sphere of air.
Creative uses/strengths: This technique is essentially a rapidly formed projectile, so it can be followed up with a simple elemental release, of either fire or water to enhance it slightly. This technique would be best used after knocking the opponent off their balance, through something like Earth Release: Mud Shot, Earth Release: World Shaking, etc.
Drawbacks/counters: The technique, though quite powerful, is also undeniably small. Even small evasive maneuvers would be more than enough to safely avoid taking any damage, so Wind Release: Wind Stream could be used. I also like the idea of using one of the moving earth core techniques, which could also shift down below ground level and allow one to prepare other techniques.

(Fūton: Fūsui Ranha no Jutsu) -Wind Release: Wind Water Wild Wave Technique

Description: The user will first release a wave of water at the opponent, and then the user will enhance the wave's destructive capacity with wind.

So the user will release a normal size of water from their mouth towards the opponent as a projectile, the moment released the user will send wind chakra towards the water pushing the water and giving it a much more blunt force power it will be able to easily destroy trees and tear an opponent back. This jutsu is a combi in itself but requiring to channel two chakra natures and sending them one after the other will take time so it is a huge disadvantage. This is almost a combo in itself when it comes to elemental combination so you can also try to manipulate the terrain like shake it to have the opponent lose balance making it hard for the opponent to evade. The true power is from the water, spewing a large amount of fire to make it evaporate. I can even make a dense wall. A disadvantage is also how it can only move up to mid range and it would be to dangerous to use close range due to the amount of time it takes to release both elements.


( Futon: Uzu sentou ) - Wind Release: Vortex Punch

Just as the water is released, Ithnan then changes the nature transformation to that of wind, where he then exhales the remaining chakra in the form of a power burst of wind that enhances the power/speed of the water.
Creative uses/strengths: I might use this technique after quickly blinding the opponent with a genjutsu, so as to have time to make both the water and subsequent wind.
Drawbacks/counters: The technique is not particularly large and requires a fair amount of time to mold both elements in quick succession. Many fire techniques could easily overpower the incoming attack, or make a simple barricade like Rashomon.



Perform the technique: Making a fist with his right hand, Ithnan then streams chakra into it and begins to condense it. Just as the fist makes contact with the intended target, the accumulated chakra is released forwards and in the form of a powerful blast of wind, due to nature transformation being applied at the last plausible moment.
Creative uses/strengths: Though it's fairly simplistic, it is also fast in its activation and can be used fluidly in conjecture with taijutsu. I'd probably use this technique when I've got a clone/summoning a fair distance away from the close-quarter encounter and once the opponent is sent flying, have the clone/summoning finish them off.
Drawbacks/counters: This technique really is only viable in hand-to-hand combat, as it the chakra would also be visible around the arm for the duration of the technique. One could simply use a fast fire technique to counter an incoming strike.​

Wind Release: Hardliner Gale Chop - I like this technique for two reasons. (1) It requires no hand-seals and can be used seamlessly in conjecture with taijutsu. (2) It boasts impressive power and can go so far as to split the ground, which can disrupt a great number of moves.

Wind Release: Vacuum Blade - I like this technique because though it is fairly simple, it can be used to enhance a great number of nina tools, and thus basic ninjutsu techniques as well as kenjutsu. It can be used to not only greatly empower simple tools, but increase their reach.

Wind Style: Beast Tearing Gale Palm - This technique boasts a fair amount of range whilst maintaing a very destructive power. Not only can the user easily repel incoming ninja tools, but it can easily crush the bodies of whatever it gets a grip on and even be used to destroy barricades.

Wind Style: Hurricane Fist - I like this technique because it requires no hand-seals and can be used seamlessly in conjecture with taijutsu. It can release an adaptable whirlwind that can knock back whatever the fist comes in contact with or help safely propel the user away.

Wind Release: Vortex Punch - This technique is a somewhat less versatile variation of the technique immediately above. Though it doesn't make a whirlwind, it can still be used effortlessly in the midst of a taijutsu encounter. It can also send the opponent flying up into the air if utilized in the form of an uppercut, which means it'd provide a solid opening for a powerful follow-up technique.​

(Fūton: Kaze No Yaiba) - Wind Style: Wind Blade

Description: This technique is a pinpoint slashing strike, where the user emits chakra from their fingertips and materialises it into an near invisible weapon that assaults the enemy in a gust of wind. If the Sickle Weasel Technique can be regarded as a swarm of small wind kunai, then this technique is akin to a virtually unavoidable longsword which can leave the target's body mutilated. Just being in close proximity to the technique can cause minor cuts. The wind blades can be created and thrown, like projectiles, in rapid succession, although in this case, each one weaker than the single use application. The technique cannot be blocked by physical weapons and is insanely fast by not relying on the use of Hand seals but, because it still requires the user to perform hand gestures to use and is somewhat visible in the effect it produces, it can still be defended against by using appropriate evasion techniques or fast elemental ninjutsu.

The user will gather fuuton chakra into their favorite hand and channel it towards their finger tips. Then the user will wave their hand releasing a thin but very sharp projectile blade towards any target you choose. The blade of wind is virtually like a long sword made of wind, though you can use it in a different way, rapidly firing smaller blades of wind though the power is divided between how many you make don't forget that. Now this jutsu can not be blocked with physical properties due to being intangible making handling with this blade one of the hardest things you can do. This is mainly projectile based attack right when it is sent so it can be used with combos, though the best use of this technique is since it is so fast to perform and quick to release close range battle would hinder the opponent terribly and will have little time to react to it. Now this jutsu can only go up to mid range so simply by pushing back is a good counter, it is simple to notice the blade being released due to the hand gesture it requires before release so that can be used for anticipation. Ways to stop the jutsu is to use equally fast techniques especially fire jutsus to overpower it.


(Fūton: Joushou Ryuu) – Wind Release: Rising Dragon

Description: The user makes a giant hurricane using the blade of wind that then draws in the enemies into the hurricane, violently slashing them.

Okay with that same wind blade that is sent the user will manipulate it when it reaches mid range to raise in an instant a giant hurricane that rises up to 10 meters in length. The best part of this jutsu is the fact it requires no hand seals in use so the opponent will not anticipate it whatsoever and as it is released you can send another technique towards the hurricane to finish off the already hurt opponent. The hurricane will act to suck everything in within the mid range area it is released but that can be dangerous because if this is ever released close to the user they can also be caught in it and sucked towards the hurricane which is why it is only safe to use mid range. Now combos relating to this jutsu would include trying to trick the opponent with the blade, if they try to evade the blade you can release this technique. It will be way to fast when released to react physically, though you can hear the power of the hurricane but to try and survive from it would require a extremely fast technique like a subsitute or replacement. Now if their is ever a time when the vortex is released close to you, you can notice the expansion of the blade as well as sound so simple ways to try and block it would require a technique that covers your whole body to negate the hurricane, something like Water Release: Water Encampment would suffice.

Perform the technique: Gathering a large amount of chakra into his right hand, Ithnan then condenses it further into his fingertips. With a simple swiping motion of his right hand, Ithnan releases the accumulated chakra whilst applying nature transformation and has it manifest in the form of a compressed blade of air, with a length reminiscent of a standard longsword.
Creative uses/strengths: This technique is quite lethal, and requires no hand-seals, so it's quite powerful. The ability to release the blade is also useful, especially given that it can go as far as mid-range. As fast and small as this technique is, I'd probably save it for last in regards to a combination. In a situation, I may first use Earth Release: Mud Shot to quickly blind the opponent and momentarily stun them, before flinging a smoke bomb at them whilst simultaneously sending this technique towards them.
Drawbacks/counters: If one has no issue in seeing the gestures made prior to releasing the technique, they will have a brief moment for preparation and if they're far enough away, they can simply use Wind Release: Wind Stream to move to long-range. So long as the user only releases one blade of wind, the opponent could also use Earth Release: Earth Release to make a pillar below them that sends them up into the air, as the blade of wind is not large by any means.

Creative uses/strengths: Given that this technique works off the previous technique, it is quite nifty. Not only does the initial blade not require any hand-seals, but this too requires no hand-seals in order to make the subsequent hurricane. It can be used to catch an opponent who simply attempts an upwards escape to the wind blade. Given that the hurricane will remain for some time after it is activated, one could quickly follow up with a powerful fire or water technique to enhance the hurricane's power.
Drawbacks/counters: If the opponent can see the initial wind blade, then they can certainly see it as it begins to expand. One can either use Wind Release: Wind Stream, or escape underground after releasing a basic fireball to turn the hurricane into an inferno that briefly astonishes the user and of course, they wouldn't be able to see past the hurricane.​

This is one of the most deadliest jutsus of the wind list. The user will gather a large amount of fuuton chakra into their lungs and perform one hand seal. Then they will exhale wind chakra, the moment it leaves your lips the wind chakra expands near instantly and covers the entire area upfront of the user and literally levels everything in its path to the ground, that includes trees, rocks, plants, and other natural materials. So you can already guess this is a great jutsu to use to destroy the terrain to harm the opponents arsenal if needed. Now the biggest plus of this jutsu is how fast it is both performed and launched, the blast is a streaming technique and the opponent will have to deal with the technique the moment its released due to its speed as well as the fact it covers all ranged. The wind is uncontrollable which is the biggest disadvantage if used incorrectly in a area far to closed in and not a large plain you as well can be caught in the attack and harmed just as badly as your opponent. Also you will need to evenly send chakra for this technique to work properly and reach the opponent so it is not so combo friendly. Lastly its force is another weakness being that it is easy to notice the moment it is sent and you can act accordingly. Now ways the best way to deal with the jutsu is to create a powerful defense something like Earth Release: Hardening Technique can withstand the blast though you might be pushed back slightly due to its impact force. This jutsu being a streaming technique can aid with most fire jutsus which can be a great add to your arsenal.

Description: The user swings their Giant Fan and creates a giant vortex that swirls around and lifts the opponent into the sky. They are then zapped by three bolts of lightning before falling to the ground, giving off black smoke.

Okay now this jutsu requires the use of a giant fan. The user will channel fuuton chakra towards the fan and then swing it towards the opponent, a hurricane is sent which goes up to mid range sucking the opponent in and begin to cut them up and lift the opponent in the sky. As he is in the sky with the vortex the user will send three lightning bolts towards the opponents position shocking them and then they will free fall back towards the ground with serious injuries. Now this jutsu is very quick to perform if you have a fan out already. It also has its own finishing move making it seem like two jutsus in one though it will require focus to perform the jutsu fully which can harm you. The wind is straight forward launch towards the opponent so it can be evaded properly. You must have a giant fan and well that can harm you to wield it since you need to take it out and ready it. That is of course you don't already have the fan out, a fast opponent can hit you before you launch it again depends really how fast the opponent is as well but since this works in mid range only their would be no need to use for CQC but an opponent can send jutsus which require no hand seals and theirs will be sent before yours if you don't have the fan ready. Now this technique is not much combo friendly because its a combo in itself but you can try to disturb the opponent before you send this by distracting them. Now ways to counter is overflow the vortex by sending large amounts of water to slow down its spinning and render it useless. Their are many others as well.

Perform the technique: Forming the Ram hand-seal, Ithnan then inhales a large breathe whilst kneading a large amount of chakra in his lungs. As he exhales his breathe, after accumulating enough chakra, it is released in the form of a massive blast of wind that indiscriminately plows through the surrounding terrain with great ease and speed.
Creative uses/strengths: This technique boasts both impressive power and range, making it truly formidable. As you've said, it can be used to effortlessly clear the terrain, which could be quite useful especially against a Wood Release user. This technique would work well in conjecture with preexisting flames, such as the ones made by Fire Release: Running Fire. One could also make a clone and use it simultaneously with Fire Release: Intelligent Hard Work or a powerful water technique.
Drawbacks/counters: The only real drawback is that it is a stream-based technique so one has to steadily release their chakra in order to maintain the technique. Given that it would be a double-edged sword if used in close-quarters, it'd like be used only at the minimum range of mid, if not long. The technique is blatant in its intention and trajectory so one could hide underground or use Triple Rashomon.



Perform the technique: Swinging his Giant Fan, Ithnan streams his chakra through it as he does so. As a crescent trajectory is established, the chakra is released in the form of a considerably large hurricane that upon reaching the target, sends it high into the sky where they are then struck by three bolts of lightning.
Creative uses/strengths: This technique requires no hand-seals and is bound to a Giant Fan, much like many other wind techniques. It has decent range and makes a large vortex that can easily pick an opponent and carry them high into the air where they'll have a tough time forming a substantial counter, especially once the bolts come streaking down from above, which is something the opponent would also have a considerably difficult time countering in a safe manner. Of course, even if they do counter the lightning, they still have to content themselves with making a safe decent, when the user of the wind technique could simply be waiting with a powerful elemental technique as a follow up during the opponent's descent.
Drawbacks/counters: This technique cannot be used in short-range, and the initial stage of the technique isn't likely to much damage. The user could simply use Wind Release: Wind Stream to carry themselves to short/long-range from where they are cast up into the air. If the opponent is prepared for the incoming technique they could also use Earth Release: Moving Earth Core to shift their position below the ground.

Description: After performing the necessary hand seals Rat → Rabbit → Dog, the user takes a deep breath and exhales several small blasts of wind chakra.in such a manner that they are dispersed over an expansive range, enough to make it difficult to avoid them entirely without taking any damage. Due to the properties of this technique, the expelled blasts are capable of piercing into and potentially through an opponent's flesh when they collide, in a similar manner to how bullets function.

The user will perform the necessary hand seals Rat → Rabbit → Dog. This then lets them exhale a multitude of wind spheres that covers an expansive range up to mid. Each sphere is capable of piercing through the opponent and other objects. You are able to send multiple attacks of projectile winds so you can either make it difficult for the opponent to evade or attack more then one opponent. Now the spheres are projectile based attack so they can be used in combo attacks to use a distraction then you can send another technique right after to push the opponent in a corner. Now the main problems with the technique are those hand seals which can hinder your performance speed an opponent can take advantage of that. Can't reach up to long range which is a shame because its mobility is lowered. Due to how easy it is able to notice the technique because its straightforward a simple wall will suffice in blocking it or simply trying to push backwards.


(Fūton: Shinkūha) – Wind Release: Vacuum Wave

Description: After performing the necessary hand seals Rat → Snake → Horse → Dog, the user takes a deep breath and spins his body around while exhaling, compressing the released air into a solitary blade of wind that covers a substantial area around the user, due to their circular motion. The resulting sharpened blast is large enough to slice through multiple targets located a significant distance from the user, causing grievous injuries to those hit.

Now the user will gather fuuton chakra into their lungs and do the required hand seals, then breathe out a stream of very thin but sharp blade of wind. Now this technique can be used to attack more then one opponent since its a streaming technique you can move your head around to send towards moving opponent or more then one and since you have complete control of where you aim it, evasion will be tough. Its cutting abilities are fatal and can cut through dense earth materials. This is a streaming technique so you will constantly have to release it meaning using with combos is not proper also because its a stream you will be unable to mold other nature chakra until you stop this jutsu. Those hand seals can also hinder the performance and it goes up to mid range at most so just pushing back will suffice to evade it. Though its best to overpower it completely so the opponent will be forced to release the stream.

As each breathe is made, chakra is released in the formed of compressed air blasts that easily pierce both wood and stone alike.
Creative uses/strengths: The technique is useful in that one can create several fast-moving blasts of greatly compressed air, which are quite hard to evade by normal means. I'd probably use this technique after first restricting the opponent's movements with an earth technique, so that even if they break out of it with a lightning technique, they'd have significant trouble with the incoming wind, especially if they happen to be in the air.
Drawbacks/counters: This technique requires three hand-seals, which is one of the more time consuming techniques learned so far. It'd be most easy to make a simple barricade or use Wind Release: Wind Stream to move to long-range. For more offensive counter, I might use Fire Release: Dragon Flame Release Song Technique.



Perform the technique: Making a sequence of hand-seals: Rat → Snake → Horse → Dog whilst kneading chakra in his lungs, Ithnan then swiftly pivots his body in a full circular motion. As he begins to spin, he exhales his breathe and the large amount of chakra he'd been accumulating in the form of a large solitary blade of wind.
Creative uses/strengths: This technique has solid range, given that it has nearly omnidirectional coverage whilst being quite lethal. This technique could easily be enhanced by preexisting fire or water, and would work well against multiple opponents, especially if they are clones. This technique would easily decimate water and lightning release clones, as they have no way of countering the technique in any manner. This is something I'd also use in instances where there is a great deal of smoke/mist/dust on the battlefield, as I could blow it all away and grievously injure an incoming opponent or his/her tools.
Drawbacks/counters: This technique requires the user have enough time to make four hand-seals. One could either position themselves underground or move to long-range with other evasive techniques.

Description: The user sends wind into the sky to darken the clouds and make the environment stormy. These clouds will create a cutting tornado that comes down as a F-5 tornado with slicing wind.

The user will send fuuton chakra towards the sky above the opponent and create dark clouds replicating a stormy environment. Then with the users command they will send down from those clouds a tornado with impressive slicing ability towards the opponent. Okay one thing is that it is able to attack from above making it useful to have in combos to contain the opponent by sending attacks from other directions or angles. It acts to suck the opponent in so they can lose balance as well as cut them apart. Now the biggest disadvantage is the clouds being created above the opponent are easily noticable since it will cast a shadow and make the area much more moist as well as storm clouds give off thunder and lightning so by anticipating an attack you can easily blow the clouds away before they release the clouds. This can only be extended up to mid range at most as well.


(Fūton: Sakūgen Sebiti) - Wind Release: Slashing Tornado

Description: A stronger version of the original Wind Release: Great Slashing Tornado technique. The user creates two localized tornadoes by flapping their Giant Fan. The first tornado ensnares the opponent in it and the second tornado combines with the first to create one giant tornado that slashes the opponent to death with razor sharp wind pinions. This technique can be performed by ninja who do not wield the Giant fan but require to make a sequence of 7 hand seals to perform the technique.

Now this jutsu is quite simple despite it seeming complex. The user will take out a giant fan and swing it releasing two tornadoes. One is aimed at the opponent which begins to cut the opponent up harming them, the seconf will then soon after combine with the first tornado creating a much larger tornado in power that will begin to cut the opponent up to death. This can be used without a fan but with 7 hand seals but that might take some time and hinder you. This is projectile based so it can work with combos really well, something like distracting the opponent before sending this technique or trapping them in a weak cage. If you have a fan its really fast and easy to perform. Its a devastating jutsu and quite large making it tough for the opponent to evade and can even attack something as large as summons. The tornadoes are able to only much up to short range so actually that is its biggest flaw because a opponent can easily just use a taijutsu attack before the swing or the hand seals are complete, always remember tai is faster. The tornadoes are easy to notice and straight moving so that makes it easy to stop them. Since it is so limited in range having a pillar push you back will suffice but also disrupting the ground since they use the ground as a medium for travel they can lose shape, but since it works only best in close range that might take some time if you are caught with this technique in close range so an armor will also suffice due to how fast they can be performed.

Creative uses/strengths: This technique has great suction and overall power. It can also be used in conjecture with other techniques, such as powerful fire or water stream-based techniques to greatly increase the damage the opponent is likely to incur. One could also use this technique in the midst of the hidden mist, so that the opponent is unaware of the darkening clouds or approaching twister.
Drawbacks/counters: The technique is far from fast, as one must first cast their chakra into the sky and darken clouds, all if which takes time and can be quite visible towards the end. Given that the actual offense will come from above, evasive maneuvers to the sides or back/front wouldn't be too hard either, especially given preparation.



Perform the technique: Streaming a large amount of chakra through his Giant Fan, Ithnan flaps it twice, but with a moderate delay in between the two. Both times the fan is swung, a powerful twister is released and upon reaching the other, will merge into a giant twister.
Creative uses/strengths: The twisters are quite tall and strong, so the opponent will likely shift to mid-range. Each twister can easily be enhanced with either a powerful water or fire technique. This technique could be quite useful against clones and summonings.
Drawbacks/counters: This technique's greatest weaknesses are that without a Giant Fan, it'd take seven hand-seals and also, that it is limited to short-range. The opponent can easily use evasive techniques to shift to mid/long-range. I might also use Wind Release: Hardliner Gale Chop.​

Description: The user will create a tornado of wind to trap their target/s and then by controlling with their fan cause the tornado to crush them down into the ground.

Now with a fan the user will gather fuuton chakra towards it and wave it releasing a tornado which appears from above the opponent that crush down on to the opponent that delivers a devastating blunt impact as well as cut the opponent from all over the body when they are trapped. Since it is used for above attack it can be used for grouping combos to attack from all directions or distractions. This is also performed quite fast with a fan but without a fan this can't be used. It can only move up to mid range which lowers its mobility of range. Now due to its sound and mass it is simple to notice and create a proper counter, since it wants to trap the user its best to try and send a fire jutsu to overpower it, also because it only goes up to mid range you can evade by going underground or pushing back. Also as the tornado is released something coll you can do is send fire towards it to create a devastating fire vortex making it hard to counter.


(Fūton: Tsuyoi Kaze Nami) - Wind Release: Powerful Wind Wave

The user will gather fuuton chakra into their lungs and do the required hand seals shown, then they will release the fuuton chakra from their mouth in the shape of a 2 meter long blade which has great cutting potential. It is very simple and can be used for small attacks or combos. This would be best as a distraction since it is quite easy to counter, this is because Its straight forward so figuring out an evasion is easy as well as blocking it with a wall or overpowering it. Can only move up to mid range so also evading it by pushing back or even the sides can suffice. This jutsu can slice through dense materials and acts to cut the opponent on contact, other then that this technique is quite simple.


(Fūton: Fūjin no Jutsu) - Wind Release Dust Cloud Technique

Description: After performing the Bird hand seal the user creates a stream of high velocity wind combined with scouring dust. The completed technique is directed through overlapping hands.

Similar to the B-Rank jutsu. The user will gather fuuton chakra into their lungs and then breathe out a large gust of wind chakra out ward which begins to work with the environment gathering sand and dust mixing in with the wind chakra. The gust is aimed anywhere the user wants being a streaming technique the user has manipulation of it to a extent. Now when gathering the dust and hurling at the opponent it will pretty much harm the opponents vision as well as give a blasting impact type attack which will push the opponent back damaging them. The stream goes up to long range so it has great mobility making evasion even harder. Also by sending water to damper the dust and render it to heavy to be manipulated with normal means thus losing shape and being released. The wind being a streaming technique means you have to evenly send out the fuuton chakra to make it go the distance. Great perks is how fast it travels and how it is performed with one hand seals and is sent through the users hands overlapping one another to keep the stream straight towards its target.

Releasing his chakra from the fan in the midst of his swing, Ithnan then creates a powerful tornado above the intended target, which then comes down upon it with considerable force.
Creative uses/strengths: This technique is both fast and powerful. Given that the tornado starts from the air, it can't be disrupted like other, similar techniques that can be nullified by the ground below it being manipulated. It is also a technique that could easily be used in combinations, such as fire or water techniques to directly enhance the tornado or an earth technique to restrict the opponent's visual or mobile capacity.
Drawbacks/counters: It requires a fan and is quite obvious in its movements. One could escape underground or shift distance with a technique like Wind Release: Wind Stream, given that the technique does not move in a horizontal trajectory.



Perform the technique: Kneading chakra whilst making a sequence of hand-seals: Bird → Hare → Horse → Ram, Ithnan then exhales it all in the form of a large blade, which is composed of greatly compressed air capable of slicing through a great many things.
Creative uses/strengths: This seems to be a powerful projectile-based technique that can easily cut through most things with little difficulty. I'd likely use it whilst the opponent has trouble seeing, due to something like a dust cloud or a mud shot. To enhance this technique, I'd actually be more inclined to use a more simplistic wind technique that creates a strong gust behind it.
Drawbacks/counters: It requires four hand-seals and the overall technique is quite small. A strong barricade could stop it in its tracks or basic evasive techniques including Earth Release: Earth Release could be used to make a small pillar propel the user away from it.



Perform the technique: After swiftly kneading a large amount of chakra within his lungs, Ithnan then makes the Bird hand-seal before exhaling it all in the form of a high velocity stream of wind. As the wind stream bursts forward, it draws in a great deal of sand and dust to hurl at the opponent with scouring power.
Creative uses/strengths: This technique is both fast and powerful, as it requires a single hand-seal and can easily kill from afar. The fact that it reaches to long-range is quite nice, and it could easily be enhanced by a preexisting fire.
Drawbacks/counters: It's a stream-based technique, so in a combination it'd likely be last. The technique, itself, is very much visible and the user could either use an evasive technique or a powerful barricade to soak up the wind stream.​

Description: Originally Gaara's technique, different characters will need to perform handseals in order to imbue the large amount of chakra needed into thier lungs. The user will then pound thier stomach to increase the pressure as they release a huge spiraling sphere of wind, which is strong enough to do major damage to even a Summoning like Gamabunta.

Since this doesn't specify the amount of hand seals needed, It's an auto 3-5 hand seal requirement. Do the hand seals while deeply inhaling and gather an abundance of chakra. By pounding your stomach to increase the pressure, blow out a large sphere of wind that can even do damage to summons as large as gamabunta which can push the opponent back and harm them. Its sheer power is strong enough to use against large summons or even change the terrain by destroying rocks and trees. It can reach up to a long range making it great and tough to evade. Its combo friendly when released but is straightforward but due to the size of the ball of wind most walls won't be able to withstand it so overpowering it will be the safest way. It also requires some small hand seals but nothing that can seriously hinder you but in close range it will, I'm mainly talking about mid and long range battle.


(Fūton: Kakeami no Jutsu) - Wind Release: Cast Net Technique

Description: The user using a giant folding fan or giant fan will swing it towards the enemy summoning a gust of wind that then takes the form of a net and slices through the opponent. A standard user can perform this technique by using a sequence of 5 hand seals.

Now with either a fan or 5 hand seals the user will release wind chakra and shape it into a net which attemps to reach the opponent and slice through them leaving deep cuts. Now one thing is it can cover a wide range of the opponent, it can move up to a long range as well so it is quite handy and hard to evade, its best to use for long range battle. Lastly if you have a large fan it can be used to help with fast performance and movement. Its also combo friendly since it is a projectile technique. Some down sides is without a fan you will need 5 hand seals and its a straight technique but due to its size its best to try and block it with a dense wall or a armor to width stand the cuts, you can use a water pillar to shoot you up and evade from the air since this technique stays close to the ground.
