Urasan: This place should do, now, all we have to do is wait for our new sensei to arrive.
Saki: Wind, is it? This should be very useful for both of us. I'm gonna nap, wake me when we're ready.

Madara walked on, his journey from the Leaf tiring him as he moved. He had been traveling a few days and was, to out it frankly, exhausted. Even a god breaks a sweat at times it seemed...Wiping his brow, he moved on, thoughts of his arrival inhis mind, anticipation bubbling inside him was what urged him forward. He had received word of a new student in Kiri that required his attention so, in hopes that he would find a good one, he left swiftly.

Arriving to Kiri was no easy feat; sea creatures, deep marshes, and thick suffocating mist plagued him. Chalking it up to mother nature, Madara navigated through the mist until he reached the location of the two students.

Hmph... so I traveled this far for you two?

Saki: Be it as it may... You got a 2 for 1 special deal, you think a Senju would get that?

*Sensing that they may be incinerated on the spot, the brothers take deep breaths and proceed to bow before Madara*

Urasan: Please sensei, teach us in the ways of fūton so that we may perhaps one day become as renown as you.
Saki: We will do as you desire.​

Sighing, Madara decided now was as good a time as any to start training.

Fine...fill me in on everything you know of Futon release.

As he spoke, Madara drew his prized gunbai.

Saki: That's a nice tool you've got there, sensei. Maybe I'll pick one up at some point.
Urasan: Enough with the smalltalk, let's get some work done here.

*Stretching their hands, the brothers take a moment to feel a gentle breeze before reciting what they know.*

Urasan: For starters, wind techniques are commonly used by Sunagakure shinobi; they usually have affinities for it.
Saki: With that being said, wind has a reputation for being the least prevalent of the basic five.

*Urasan, taking a glance towards the cliff whilst listening to the sound of the wind*

Urasan: Fūton is just what it seems to be; the manipulation of wind through a tool or wind expelled from one's mouth.
Urasan: It is performed by making chakra as sharp and thin as possible, and is the element best suited for close-range.
Saki: While in the academy, we made sure to memorize the elemental cycle; wind beats lightning, but loses to fire.

*The brothers take a brief pause whilst considering their next words*

Saki: What that means is that fūton is a natural electrical insulator, but, only ends up fanning/fueling flames.
Urasan: Fūton can be used in collaboration with both katon and suiton, as well as most ninja tools.
Saki: Also, it is a component of the Yuki Clan's kekkei genkai, which allows them to make and manipulate ice.​

And to add to that, Wind can be used with some water jutsus to increase the potency of them and increase the concussive force generated as well. Most wind jutsus are between short-mid range, which allows them to be just as their nature entails, quick bursts of wind that combine great force with cutting and slashing damage.

Now, I want you to gather chakra and manipulate it in a way to cause it to react similar to wind in nature.

Urasan: Hmmm, I suppose we could give it a try.

*The brothers proceed to sit on the ground, with their view towards the green expanse below the cliff and begin to meditate. As they relax their bodies and feel the breeze against their skin, they begin to focus on the very nature of wind and allow their chakra to flow freely. As a few minutes pass by, the brothers focus harder and sense their chakra becoming essentially sharper; as it soon feels as though it is collectively two opposing currents grinding against each another. With even more time passing, the flow of chakra becomes easier to manipulate without losing any of the desired friction.*​

Urasan: Yeah, seriously... It's like two inches from where we're sitting...​

*Urasan blocks the roundhouse kick with his left arm whilst his right arm supports it. After farting in Madara's general direction, the brothers proceed to sit once again in a meditative state. As they keep their eyes closed, they allow their ears to listen to the sound of an incoming gust of wind and all the while, focus their chakra into two opposing forces... just like before. This time though, the brothers hear something moving through the air at an alarming speed. Opening nothing but a single eye, Saki draws his chakra up into his lungs (with it still nature transformed) and releases it through his mouth in a strong exhaling. Just as the kunai is about to wound him, Saki observes it instead getting blown away from him.*

Saki: The Uchiha, they truly are a violent lot aren't they?​

Good. Now, Wind is used for primarily those reasons you listed earlier, though it can also be used to blow poisons and deadly mists away as well. Take the dust stream jutsu for instance.

Description: The user creates a gust of wind that layers an area in loose sand and dust. Doing so also acts as a sandblaster on the surrounding area. This layer of sand that accumulates on the trees during this technique makes it difficult for others to get a good footing. The initial gust can also temporarily blind opponents by lodging sand in their eyes.

The primary purpose is to sweep up loose sand and dust to blind one. But, what other way could you use this? It doesnt even have to be battle related. Also, I'm going to be trying out a new type of training that's more work for me, but more beneficial for you, the student. I want you to fill this template out as you reply from her on out, okay?

*Happy to have safely dealt with Madara's kunai, the brothers take in sensei's speech with interest.*

*Taking a minute to regulate their breathing, the brothers then begin to accumulate chakra within their lungs. As it builds up, the brothers simultaneously release their chakra via exhaling (keeping their mouths angled towards the ground around them) whilst applying nature transformation to it. The resulting gust blows all the dirt and small debris up into the air around the two brothers, much like a smoke bomb in its ability to hinder one's vision rather greatly.

Strong points

• Even someone whom happens to possess a dōjutsu may lose their advantage, momentarily, if blinded.
• The jutsu could also serve as cover, much like a smoke bomb, which would allow for traps to be set.

Weak points

• The light debris can easily be blown away with a countering wind technique.
• The debris is not full of chakra, meaning a dōjutsu user from a distance could still perceive the caster.

Combinations-strategies: I'd consider using it if someone was about to engage me in close-combat. As they approach, I'd use the jutsu and quickly scatter makibishi around the immediate vicinity. Just as quickly, I'd split up (if not already) and make two stone pillars via Earth Release: Earth Release technique that would propel the brothers in opposite directions. As they are thrusted into the air, they could then bombard the unsuspecting enemy with kunai wrapped in explosive tags whilst making it hard for the enemy to counter.

Ways to counter this technique: A decent wind technique or chakra sensing method.

Description: User creates a wall of spinning wind in front of him that is used to push back weapons thrown towards him. It can also be used against taijutsu close range attacks, but the wall can be pushed back with a stronger wind jutsu or if a smoke bomb or explosive tag touches the spinning wind they will automatically get activated because of the sharpness of the wind element, damaging the user also.

Pretty useful against low ranking taijutsu, you create a wall of rotating wind around you that can be used to deflect taijutsu blows or to repel weaponry. However, it has a rather apparent drawback.

• It can repel small objects, such as standard ninja tools, back towards the enemy... along with taijutsu.

• The user must maintain an awareness of what is being directed towards their jutsu, lest it become dangerous for them.

Combinations-strategies: Earth Release: Earth Flow River by Saki right after Urasan uses the jutsu. Basically, when the opponent throws their projectiles... one brother will repel them back towards the enemy, which'll force them to defend. As they prepare to defend though... they'll find themselves off balance and what not when the ground under them turns to mud and pushes them back a small distance. This make safely countering much more difficult and increase the likelihood of the repelled weapons actually hitting their target.

Ways to counter this technique: The counters are pretty much in the jutsu description. xD

Releasing wind chakra via your mouth, you can use it to change direction if a jutsu is coming your way. It can also be used to blow up dust to conceal your location.

Advantages:
Wind tends to be a fast element, and luckily usually does not have to rely upon the terrain, unlike earth and water. It can work well with some of the other elements, and only has very limited compatibility with lightning techniques. Not only does wind offer great offensive techniques, it can be used for great evasive maneuvers and diversions. It's great for returning certain techniques back towards the opponent in addition to enhancing them.

Disadvantages:
One must be careful when using wind against fire techniques, as they can fuel the flames and spread them if weaker ion strength. Also, several techniques require a giant fan for them to be useable in combat.
I'm actually not completely sure about disadvantages for this element, I feel its advantages are far greater in number.

How it can be used in battle:
Wind techniques used in a number of ways, though most revolve around raw cutting power. When often used, wind techniques tend to be variations of compressed air or powerful gusts of wind created by either inhaling/exhaling or a giant fan. One can blow away things like the hidden mist or ninja tools used in tandem with basic ninjutsu. It can easily be used to enhance fire and water techniques, and sometimes other wind techniques. Other wind techniques can create things like miniature hurricanes/twisters.

Spiritual and physical concept of wind (This is always more of an opinion then facts):
I consider air to be the element of freedom. It is light and fluid, so there's never any need to remain in one place for very long. This is something I don't really understand, in regards to whatever you are looking for.

Why do you like fuuton:
Wind seems to be fairly versatile and something that can be used in most locations without any concerns for oneself. It boasts immense cutting power, with the right techniques, and can also be used to enhance many other techniques, including more or less every fire technique and several water techniques. I was particularly interested in the techniques that Danzo displayed when he fought Sasuke, and saw it as perhaps my favorite element at that point. It is not just potentially the most powerful close-combat element, but nearly as dangerous from a distance. Also, as my character was born in the Land of Wind, it'd make for some flavor. I would like to make this my affinity, only going to have one.

Users:
In the series, wind is the least used element as it happens to be the rarest of the basic five elements. The most prominent users of wind are Danzo and Temari, both of who utilize fighting styles entirely based around wind techniques. Naruto and Asuma are also known to be able to use wind techniques, though not nearly to the extent of the other two shinobi. It is most prevalent with those hailing from Sunagakure, hence they have several other shinobi who use giant fans like Temari.

The element of wind is a component in two known kekkei genkai: ice and scorch.
It is also one of the components of Dust Release, along with fire and earth.​

Okay the most basic of all the wind techniques. I want you to gether your raw chakra in the pit of your chakra system located in your core. Manipulate the chakra's nature to turn into fuuton chakra by doing so thin out the chakra and make it more hollow to match the nature of fuuton chakra. From their I want you to take aim and blast a stream of wind towards this dummy pushing it back some distance.
