I'm not sure about the new body, because we saw Konan talking with Tobi and Pein a few moments before this. It could be naruto's mum, but what puzzles me more is Pein seems to be able to control only 6 bodies.

and if you pay attention to where she is sitting, you can see that when Pein stands up and says "lets go Konan" he is looking to his right, which is where she is sitting!
she isnt the new body!
i like the Kushina and Rin theories, although the Kushina theory makes more sense, the new body looks a lot more like that picture of Rin
