It'll be Naruto vs. Pein (Nagato) for killing Jiraiya, Sakura vs. Konan, and Sasuke will realize that he was being used by Madara and will turn on him and fight Madara (after getting his brother's eye powers to have a new Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan). Some other ninjas like Kakashi, Neji, Shikamaru, and Rock Lee will face Pein's other bodies.
