Yeah - if its Edo Madara then he'd definitely win. If not, he'd tire himself making all those meteors. Plus Pein could just almighty push them into Madara's face.

I'd say Madara easy. As he has all of pains abilities, EMS and wood style. Deva has intervals in which he cant use his Almighty push and if he had to push away a meteor of that size he'd be out of business for quite a while, not to mention two of them.

Also as Madara has the sharinghan he's be able to see all of Deva's phyical attacks while Pain would not as he needs the other pains to have 360 vision

Madara with difficulty this is assuming he has rinnegan and mokutonand putting one body vs a rinnegan user with susanoo isn't fair but if we get them both at there best forms Healthy Nagato with paths v Madara naruto will show him pain
