I try sending small static bolts (electricity that is held in place) but it only goes a distance of 2 centimeters
i need to increase the voltage it seems

I Send my lightning chakra forth about 2 meters in the sky and hold a negatively electric charge
I build up the Charge then i build up the voltage and the negative charge becomes attracted to the neutral ground and repeled by the rest of the charge making a small lightning bolt hitting the ground

I BUILD UP EVEN MORE CHAKRA AND SEND IT AS FARINTO THE SKY AS I CAN (5 metres)
Create a negative static charge and build it up before Raising its voltage so it can pass through the insulating air with ease and it gets pulled down to the neutrally charged earth making a lightning bolt
