dead what this jutsu is is you seal there body in a scroll to preserve it.Then you summon it and make the body move(kinda a combo of perserving the body and dead soul jutsu)

Yes to explain simpler and no not like peins.The people are human bodies that kabuto puts into a scroll to keep them preserved(kept from rotting).When he summons them he can control them and even have them use his own jutsu.This is his ougi in accel 2.

Here I wont you to make a scroll to mimic Kabuto`s ok.

Ok after you mimic his scroll then add them inot your scroll but you must concentarte your chakra into them so they remain intact.Alos you must make a link to each bodies heart so when you summon them you can animate there bodies.When summoning them you must add blood to the scroll same as any other summoning.This jutsu only lasts for 2 turns so use ut wisely and the summon can only use your original jutsu.There you are the guide to Kikon Yuugi.Later
