1- I don't think Pein will use seven bodies. He can only use six (the six paths). I don't think there is an "ultimate form" only his real body.
2- They're more partners

Med ninja aren't that bad, Kabuto is at Kakashi's level and he's a medical ninja. And don't forget Sakura how defeated Sasori with the help of granny Chio who was also a med ninja.

Don't underestimate the med ninja, they can be at the same level in combat has excellent shinobi with the med jutsu.

First question: If Rikudou is pein's ultimate form when all six come together, whats gonna happen now that there are seven including Jiraiya?

Second Question: If pein's eyes are to be the strongest eye techniue then why would he take orders from Madara? (I think there more partners than bosses, but id like to see there fight... it'd prob go down to the end)

Third Question: The shinobi world must be weakening or something because if Madara is like a shinobi god and he lost to the first that goes to show how strong the hokage position was; but now tsunade is hokage and she wouldn't stand a chance against Madara just like Jiraiya to pein. So my question is do u think Kishi is weakening characters to make naruto's goal seem more possible?

1. Jiraiya isn't one of Pein's bodies. It's the 6 paths of Pein, not 7.

2. Madara has more experience than Pein. Your bloodline technique doesn't make a difference if someone is smarter, stronger, or has more experience than you.

3. Madara's gotten more powerful since his battle with the 1st. That was generations ago.

I don't think Jirayia will be added to Pain's bodies. If Pain could have 7 bodies under his control, why not have an entire army of them?
The founder of the ninja world, and the first Rin'negan user was the "Sage of the Six Paths". So, if Pain had more, or less bodies than six it would be a bit contradictory.

Maybe he'll replace another one, still i don't think it's plausible.

i think the rinnegan is stronger because if he wanted to he could have the sharigan and byakugan

but i think madara is stronger than pain because madara has ems and he can control naruto and naruto kills deva pain

pain does have 7 bodies but he only fights with 6 beacuse his original body is to weak and he is a wheel chair looking thing but that is bout it and he is not complety evil his favorite body deva pain the most seen body is his dead friends who taught him that to control the society you have to teach them pain hints his name the only ppl who have seen his true body is jariya and konan

Neji had the byuakugan while Naruto of course has no eye techniques, yet Naruto was still able to win the fight. There are many more factors to take into consideration than who has the stronger eye technique. Pains been alive for how long? 20 years? If everything we think we know about Madara/Tobi is true, then Madara has to be pushing 100. 80 more years to learn jutsus, get stronger, and gain fighting experience/knowledge.

At this point, I would have Madara above Pain by quite a bit.

Comparing powers sometimes doesn't gives the exact picture. Theoritically eye techniqes are strong yet KB managed to beat Sasuke and later on fool him. Naruto was able to defeat both Neji and Pain. Sometimes just having the strongest weapon is not enough. Naruto also uses his abilities to connect and talk to settle the fight...

The fight in the end of the valley was not in Madara's favour. Yet, Madara is alive and Hashirama ended up dead some time after. I think Madara was also hurt (Itachi called him a shell). But the fight between them was probably a draw and Madara retreated.

Madara is probably insanely strong, still he doesn't take fatal risks. He likes to use puppets instead . Itachi, Nagato, Sasuke, even Kyuubi....

We can say his strengh is not only physical, he is cunning and manipulating as well. He clearly has his own agenda but, he managed to fool Nagato and use him for his own purpose. He already beat Nagato.

every hokage has there special abiility hokages are not weak but they are not unbeatable too ....and tobi was just using pain ...they are both strong in diffrent way but still tobi is invisible for him if you look on speed...
