Pein questions

i mentioned this in another thread but i didn't get any feedback. maybe that's because it was already discussed on another thread, if so, please link me to the thread

anyway, on this page in the lower right picture you can see that Pein isn't holding his weapon. you can see that his hand is open and the weapon comes from inside his sleeve. i was wondering about other peoples' thoughts on this. if he's not holding it does that mean it's protruding from his body? is that the same stuff he uses to make his piercings?

it could be the same thing. also if naruto gets stabed with one of those things it could disrupt his chakra and the nine tails chakra would emerge due to the disruption.

I don't think so; it's not naruto's chakra that's keeping the 9-tails dormant.

but what does he hold it with? not his hand because you can see that his hand is open and not grabbing the spike (or whatever it is). i think it comes from his body and i think all of Pein's bodies can do it. they cause disruption in chakra flow like when Pein fought J-man.

although that Pein is holding it i don't think it was necessary.

it's what they used for the final blow to J-man so all the bodies can produce that chakra sensitive material.

and a similarity between the J-man and kakashi fights. after being stabbed with those rods Pein used a Rinnegan technique on them.

so i guess he pokes them with those rods that come from his body, which disrupt chakra flow. they could be the same material he uses for his piercings and since we're lead to believe that the piercings are what Pein uses to control his guys then perhaps the "disruption" J-man felt was really Pein attempting to control his chakra but when kermit took out the rod from J-man the effects ended. Kakashi missed with his chidori because Pein still had him stuck on that rod and was screwing with his chakra. the good news is that Pein didn't brake the rod off in kakashi's shoulder and kakashi is no longer on the rod since he was blown back quite a ways... i really think kakashi's sharingan should be able to see the chakra build up in Pein's piercings and through the rod.

The reason he wasn't holding it was because he whipped it from his sleeve. He'd have to grab onto it sooner or later.

so do you think those rod come from his body? you noticed they aren't swords right? they have no hilt or handle.
