when i say chakra freaks i say people WHO FAINTED THE 8 TAILS BIJUU u think thats a joke even jiraya couldn't handle 4 tails of kurama and even pein shit his pants against 6/7 tails kurama and even bee's chakra was just too much for samehada and it ended up being with bee instead of kisame so containing people like these chakra freaks would really be a hands full task for pein , itachi (not to forget his bleeding eyes ) soon itachi will cry like a teenager to grampas with pein and kisame consoling him as this uchiha will loose his sight... all i know is that they can outlast the akatsuki people..
Pein shit himself against 6/7 tails? Man you got it all wrong, first of all that was not Pein that fought the kyubi, that was DEVA PATH, big difference! Pein is all the six bodies fighting together, when all the six paths appeared together in front of jiraiya, Deva told Jiraiya that the name Pein denotes to all six of them, you're confusing Deva path with Pein.
Now that we've cleared that up, it becomes quite clear that Pein is strong enough to handle the kyubi, it took an eight tailed kyubi to break out of Deva's chibaku tense, and that was a weakened Deva, I mean the guy fought Kakashi, a low s rank ninja along with three akamichi's, used a technique powerful enough to destroy the whole of konoha, and fought sage naruto and hinata after that, all this before his battle against 6-8 tailed Kyubi started, a fresh deva would have been enough to handle the kyubi on his own if the weakened deva almost sealed an eight tailed version. Even if you dispute that, a fresh pein with all the six paths will handle it for sure.
The argument that three of the strongest akatsuki members couldn't handle the raikages and Bee and Bee based on chakra levels is not well thought out, have you forgotten that the akatsuki are the BIJUU HUNTING SQUAD and have captured many jinchuuriki and bijuu, who are all chakra monsters.
I will admit that the raikage have a speed advantage, Itachi, deva, and asura are really fast but I don't think they can keep up, or rather, I know they can't keep up, from what we have seen in manga, no one is fast enough to mould hand seals against the full speed of the raikage, but lucky enough, rinnegan and ms techniques don't require hand seals so they can counter with pein's shared vision with his bodies and summons, close contact is taboe against human path because of soul removing, let us remember that kyubi mode naruto is faster then the raikages and a crippled nagato was fast enough to absorb chakra from him to replenish himself and fast enough to almost remove naruto and Bee's souls were it not for Itachi interfering, the raikage can still be taken out even with their speed. Also asura's limbs that nagato summoned were strong enough. And fast enough to completely stop Bee and Kyubi Naruto's attacks, I think he can do the same to the raikage.
Itachi has sasuno'o with the yata mirror that reflects everything and the sword of totsuka that seals almost anything, a head on attack won't work against him, although the yata mirror does not seem to cover the back of the individual but only the front and maybe sides, the raikage are fast enough to go around Itachi but I don't think A can penetrate even the back of sasuno'o, he wasn't able to penetrate Madara's sasuno'o and he was barely able to penetrate sasuke's incomplete one. I will admit though that the third's hell stab would do the job with relative ease. I also believe that the raikages can dodge Itachi's amateresu with ease simply because a much slower sasuke dodged ilike three amateresus before the fourth one got him, and A dodged sasuke's amateresu, so that's out of the equation. But there is also tsukiyomi, can the raikage's break it? I suppose the real question is not if they can break it but rather if a genjutsu even works against them? Why I say this is because of the raiton armour, it apparently amplifies speed and reflexes to the maximum by fueling a person's neural impulses with raiton frequencies, now if we go by the logic that a genjutsu affects the nervous system, since off course it would have to in order to affect the person's mind, how would it work against someone who's neural activity is constantly being altered and disrupted by ridiculous levels of raiton frequency? It doesn't seem plausible that a genjutsu can be activated against that kind of person, there is also the fact that they haven't been seen in a genjutsu before, in fact sasuke, who is a raiton user didn't even bother to use a genjutsu against A but he did so against Deidara, Bee, and Danzo, as a raiton user, did he perhaps realise that it would be useless against A raiton armour user? Just speculation but it is something to think about. But let us say that it somehow did work, would. Tsukiyomi have the same effect it had on sasuke and Kakashi in the post chuunin exam arc? Kakashi and sasuke were put into a coma because of the severe mental stress that Tsukiyomi put them through, that seems to be the main function or rather effect of the jutsu, but with someone of the insane will power of the third and fourth raikage? I mean A doesn't even seem to feel pain at all, guy just chopped off his own arm without even so much as a flinch or a small grimace, that is insane mental strength and will power, and the third fought a bijuu to a draw and took on 10 000 shinobi alone for three whole days, I don't think a jutsu that attacks a person's menal strebngth can stop them, maybe slow them down at best, that's assuming the jutsu would even work on them. It does seem like A could outlast Itachi and his dad could even take it further and kill him but we all know the ninja world doesn't work like that, Itachi has a variety of skills and he is smart too, he could find a way.
As for Bee, he would lose to Kisame again, I mean sure I get that Bee wasn't going all out because he didn't go full eight tails coz his friends were there and he wanted to stay undercover, yeah, but people also seem to forget that Akatsuki are supposed to bring in Jinchuuriki alive, not dead, it is much harder to capture someone then it is to kill them, this was even confirmed by kakashi when they were assembling a team to foolishly try and capture Itachi, or was it Jiraiya that said that? One of them did...oh yeah it was Jiraiya explaining to naruto. Anyway capturing someone means that you have to hold back, Kisame was also holding back because he had to avoid using any jutsu that would kill Bee while Bee was going for the kill, in a fare fight to the death, Kisame would still win.
Kumo team are chakra powerhouses, but that is useless because Akatsuki team has samehada and preta path to absorb it. Besides, Pein and Kisame probably have bijjuu level chakra just like the raikages. I mean shinra tensei can dispell rasenshuriken, an s rank tech with ease, that makes it s rank too, or higher, and deva was blowing things away the whole day in konoha and even uses cho shinra tensei and chibaku tensei. Not counting all the chakra animal path wasted, a boss level summon requires naruto to add the kyubi's chakra to his monstrous reserves in order to summon and animal was summoning those like the whole day and asura also expanded a whole lot of chakra with those missiles and lazers, and then nagato still had enough to ressurect the dead of konoha, that is monstrous chakra reserve, definately not human and we all know that Kisame is a tail less tailed beast and even pein admitted that Kisame has more chakra then him. The insane chakra level does not give team kumo an advantage here.
