Pein And Nagato Are the Same Person

Purpose​

The purpose of this thread is to prove once and for all Nagato and Pein are the same person. I will try to keep this short. Also, if we all can't decide then everyone's Top Ten lists will be messed up.

Example 1: Bob's Top Ten (These lists are not at all accurate)

Do you see how that's confusing? Bob's list basically has the same person on there twice. Thus, his list is invalid and incorrect. Finally, don't leave comments like "Who didn't know this?" A lot of people on the base are making this mistake. Thank-you and enjoy the thread.

Pein is a weapon.​

Pein is simply the manifestation of Nagato's and Yahiko's ideals. Nagato used Yahiko's will and idea to help build Pein. This does not mean Pein is Yahiko or a version of him. Pein is one of Nagato's tools. Konan and Nagato made Pein out of Yahiko's body.

Pein's purpose was to carry out Nagato and Yahiko's will. Another reason why Pein is a tool is because he didn't have any control over his thoughts and movements. Nagato was controlling him the whole time. He even was speaking for Pein. For all purpose reasons, Pein is one of Nagato's weapons. If he wasn't then Animal Path, Human Path, etc would be different people as well. Everyone can stop putting them as two different people on their lists now. :sy:

But if you are suggesting that Pain and Nagato are one I agree.Pain is a tool/weapon that was used by Nagato to fulfill his ambitions ideals etc,etc.Pain was a body and Nagato the soul,they can only be fully perceived as one!

Technically he isn't. He still is Nagato if he 'technically' was the 6 paths of pain how would they be able to exist together. 6 Paths of Pain is just a weapon that Nagato used, so he could control multiple dead bodies.

Edit: Just like how Obito used his paths, that doesn't make him the paths. But I do agree with you that they shouldn't be placed in the same top 10 list.
