Pefect way to counter Kakuzu?

To start, this isn't a troll thread, I'm being serious. I was just trying to think of a way to defeat Kakuzu in an easier way.

I was just thinking... considering Kakuzu's strength is his multiple hearts, wouldn't the best way to defeat him be to find a way to kill him without damaging his heart?

More specifically, what if you just held him down and cut his head off? If he's decapitated, his extra hearts couldn't save him and he wouldn't be able to reattach his own head because he wouldn't have control of his body. The only way I see him living through this is if he's able to reattach his head by projecting his threads from his neck and connecting his head again before dieing. Either way, I think this might be an easy way to kill Kakuzu without having to kill him 5 times.

If anyone has every posted this before, sorry, but what do you guys think? Would this work? I know decapitating a shinobi on Kakuzu's level is no easy task, but I think its an easier alternative to killing him 5 times or trying to completely destroy his body or something. Thoughts?

I was primarily considering if for a shinobi that does not have access to awesome techniques like that.... lol. For instance, if Kakashi was really low on chakra and couldn't Kamui him, he could just hold him down with his dogs and cut off his head, saving stamina and not having to kill him 5 times .

I guess if chopping his head off was dat easy than kakashi would have done it right before but kakuzu was strong enough and wouldn't be so careless abt his weakness

Youre talking about cutting kakuzus head like he is a chicken or a sheep waiting for dinner time or something... Come on man... Noone can cut kakuzus head easyly .. Hes a very high level/skilled shinobi with more expirience than almost everyone... I feel that boredom made you make this thread...

That could work, but you've got to remember that Kishimoto seems to place more emphasis on the importance of hearts rather than brains (think Sasori). So it's entirely possible that Kakuzu could reattach his head to his body if he gets decapitated. His body is basically a mass of tendrils, so attacks that would normally put other characters out of commission might not work on Kakuzu, or they may effect him in a different way.

And like others have said, going for the head region is never going to easy. It's instinctual for these fighters to protect their heads.

Scientific experiments tells that the head will still be conscious for about 12 second, after being detached from the body.

Given that thought, that's plenty of time to reattach the head :3
