Lmao, Naruto was supposed to bring peace to the world and now we have crap going on in outerspace and another thing in Kakashi's novel.

Failure is a failure. I mean, he had failed even before this stuff happened, but whatevs.

Even in the epilogue, Sai's kid is still walking around with a weapon strapped to his back. Naruto's a failure, the only way true peace was going to exist is if the village system was destroyed. Kids are still training to be assassins.

Nagato must be going nuts in the pure world, watching the third part of the story fail so hard.

That happened in the movie which is confirmed to be between the timeskip of Chapter 699 and Chapter 700. The fact that you say this means you agree it is canon. As such, the events of the movie happened before the last chapter. Meaning, Naruto did create peace by the end of Naruto

He forgave a mass-murderer, idolized the man who's responsible for his parents death (a man who's a genocidal maniac, if I may add). At least Sasuke knew how to achieve his ideological beliefs, he had it all planned out. And even then they were only 1 day old beliefs. Naruto claimed to want peace since part 1 and by the end of the manga he still didn't know the answer to achieving it. If anyone's a child, it's him. A naive child, at that.

Only a child believes he can end peace, like Kakooli said, Sasuke thought of his plan in one day. A horrible one I must add.

Neither Naruto nor Sasuke can achieve true peace. Even Kishimoto portrayed that in Chapter 700 with the Gokage meeting, but he is trying. No one can ever rid the world of darkness, and I'm sure Naruto didn't "spat" out nonsense about changing the world and making everyone sing and dance with rainbows everywhere. His dream was becoming Hokage first, and those nonsensical ideals where thrown at him by his Sensei, father, and etc,.

What you both fail to mention is what "good" Naruto has done for the world by himself. He was the first one to bring the Leaf and Sand together, and he was still a "Genin."

I'm glad we agree on something for once!

I think this is the closest we got to Naruto's answer to achieving true peace.

Shinobi are those that endure. That's essentially the same conclusion Hashirama reached (and we all know his world was flawed) and the same conclusion Sasuke, reached too. And yes, his reasoning was imperfect as well.

He forgave him because that's what he believed in ,since day 1 ,he can't be the child of prophecy if he can't forgive just 1 criminal

Basic reading comprehension skills should be enough for a one to understand that but i guess not all people can "read"

Completely agreed. In Kishimoto's world, even if you were to remove chakra from it's inhabitants, there would still be: Wars, fighting, pain, etc.

So realistically with that thought ... Naruto is about as close to achieving true peace, as we are to using Space/Time ninjutsu in real life.

The best HE could possibly do is to keep peace between the Five Nations with his existence alone, but when he dies, who the hell knows? Or even in the next 300 years? Kishimoto really ended the manga horribly.

Sasuke knows the world will never be a peaceful place thats why he came up with the idea of having a common enemy, Sasuke came up with conclusion after speaking to Itachi and the previous kages and witnessing how people worked to together in the war

Then we have Naruto who continuously says he will find peace but when asked how he doesn't answer, in the fight between him and Sasuke he couldn't counter Sasukes words and when Pain asked him for his solution to find peace he says he doesn't know

made sasuke quit his revolution ,that's a pretty good counter if you ask Lol

Don't give a **** in what he does

I'm not saying Sasuke's logical thought on it was bad, nor personally will I get into this.
The contexts and substance of how he wanted to achieve it was wrong
