He forgave him because that's what he believed in ,since day 1 ,he can't be the child of prophecy if he can't forgive just 1 criminal

Basic reading comprehension skills should be enough for a one to understand that but i guess not all people can "read"

Not all criminals are going to u-turn to the good side like Nagato and Obito. If he forgave Kaguya or Madara (which by your logic, he'd have to since he's the child of the prophecy and he can't just forgive one) they'd just resurface again and plunder the world into darkness again at some point.

The contexts and substance of how he wanted to achieve it was wrong

Ideally its correct since having a common enemy forces people to work together but its morally wrong

Completely agreed. In Kishimoto's world, even if you were to remove chakra from it's inhabitants, there would still be: Wars, fighting, pain, etc.

So realistically with that thought ... Naruto is about as close to achieving true peace, as we are to using Space/Time ninjutsu in real life.

The best HE could possibly do is to keep peace between the Five Nations with his existence alone, but when he dies, who the hell knows? Or even in the next 300 years? Kishimoto really ended the manga horribly.

You can't find true peace you have to endure or whatever
I'm pretty sure naruto will entrust someone else to maintain peace after he dies that's another main theme in the manga
