You are in luck my friend for I used to live on Pcsx2 forums like I do on narutobase now.

Divine is a graphics plugin that pcsx2 isn't recognizing or actually isn't there.
Most likely it's not recognizing it. Divine won't get you much frames as well, the Gsdx plugin will tho. Here's a gift.

If you still want the divine plugin then here it is.

Drag and drop it into the "Plugins" folder and open pcsx2 and click "config" then click "plugins/bios" then you will see the letters "GS" beside a drop down box. Click the drop down box and select "Divine" and click "ok"

Then try running the game.

Make sure you take into account that for decent emulation you'll need a computer with high specs like.

A 2.8Ghz dual core CPU. PCSX2 only recognizes Dual core cpu's. so you're better off with having a 3.6Ghz dual core cpu.

1gb ram

Ati radeon 6870 or Nvidia 260 or 270

and then you will need to enable the speed hacks.

Even then, emulation can be slow for few games.
