Does anybody know how to make a Paypal?

Also how does it work?

Plus is it secure to protect my money in my bank and to protect from id theft?
Okay, I have used paypal a few times. You register to make a paypal. If you need more information, please feel free to tell me. It is secure to a point. It is about as secure as putting all of your information on the internet then putting a password on it. Though, let me say, the chances of your paypal getting stolen is slim to none. I wouldn't go advertising it on suspicious sites though. It is excellent in my humble opinion.

There's your answer. And I find it okay, so far, too.

It's perfectly secure, as it is owned by ebay, which is now a publicly traded company. I believe it's FDIC insured as well, so you're deposits are guaranteed up to 200k.

When you link your bank account to it, they deposit 2 small amounts (totaling a dollar or less) and you confirm your account by telling them the exact amounts.

That pretty much sums it up, I've used PayPal for a while, the simplest way to put it is to think of it as an eWallet, your credit card or bank account details are not directly disclosed to a third party instead PayPal takes the money from you and pay it on behalf you to another party who has a PayPal account, as long as you don't get caught in a phishing racket or disclose your password, it's very safe hope this helps !!!
